Friendly, Professional and thorough. Just had Maryland Inspection. And though it failed there was no pressure to have them do repairs. Going to repair what I can and leave the rest to professionals. Thank to their prompt turnaround and detail our car will be safely on the road soon

My car was on its last legs and I went in hoping to be able to trade it in for at least what I still owed. The guys at Manchester Motors Nate and Ron not only worked with me on my trade in but made sure I knew exactly what I was agreeing to each step of the way. Ron Schmerbeck was very helpful, he made sure I got to test drive all the cars I wanted to, was very personable and listened to what I wanted with out pushing. 10/10 service from all the guys at Manchester Motors and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Not only was I comfortable when driving away with my purchase but 2 days later I received a email from Ron just checking in and letting me know if I have any problems I can reach out anytime. Thanks so much guys I appreciate the amazing service!

I had an excellent experience at Manchester motors. The car was beautiful and as advertised. The staff and general manager were easy to work with. Ron, Nate and Darrell were professional and low pressure.
The price was very fair. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

The Sales team at Manchester Motors (Nathan, Alex, and Darren) were very accommodating, informative, and most of all low-key. There was no high pressure tactics,,, in fact I felt like I had known these guys for years (despite having only just met them). Nathan assisted in finding exactly the vehicle from their wide selection that filled the bill for us, Alex conducted the "paper-work" seamlessly. Darren finalized the transaction and off we drove in our "new" Car! What appealed most to me was the small town atmosphere where the staff treated us as neighbors,,, not just clients, all in a relaxed yet efficient atmosphere.
