Wonderful place! Last night running close to closing and pulled in as they were leaving! Without hesitation Tom opened back up so I could get my prescription. I was completely out and would have had to go another day without important medication! Thank you so much for taking care of me, you definitely have a customer for life!

Carroll Drugs of Manchester is one of the better pharmacies in my area. Staff members are always very considerate towards their patrons.As a long term chronic pain patient (with multiple health issues), the pharmacists and staff at Carroll Drugs of Manchester have always treated me as a patient - with respect, compassion, and understanding. That’s the difference between using a local pharmacy as opposed to the major chains - we’re treated as patients first, with dignity and respect. I prefer that, don’t you?

Carroll Drugs is THE hometown pharmacy of choice for most in the area and myself. I have been coming here since I was little and Tom is my guy. He will go above and beyond educate you as well as make you feel better. Thank you Tom and team for always being there.

We switched from the big chains to Carroll Drugs a couple of years ago. What a pleasant change. If you would appreciate a small town pharmacy that seems like the one from your childhood years, try this one. Great personal service with a smile.

Would not recommend this place, it is dirty, employees are rude and get high and smoke while on the job inside. If you want a local pharmacy go to Manchester Pharmacy by Sheets

Just thought everyone should know this. I was getting my monthly medicines filled and was talking with Tom about my dogs severe seizure. He gave me some CBD OIL to try to see how she did.

I have been using Carroll Drug since its inception. Before that, I grew up in this place. Tom and his family have carried on the long-standing customer service that was here before him. When I am in a bind or forgetful their staff makes sure to fit me in with my busy schedule. I really can't say enough about how much of a staple this place really is. In a world where we are very used to corporate pharmacies, Carroll Drugs truly bring that professionalism with small-town care.
