“We moved to the area about five years ago but only discovered the High's when I think they started some remodeling. My kids like their pizza and enjoy the chicken. It is so convenient to our location that driving ten minutes for ice cream that is tasty is a bonus. The staff are very friendly. They want to be sure to keep friendly staff and hire staff that will keep the atmosphere friendly. There were two young men working there one day and it wasn't the same. Most of the time the gas pumps are easy to get around. We like their rewards program too.”

“I must say this crew does a wonderful job. Living in owings mills, we have several Royal Farms locations.....and they all stink. Either burned or neglected hot food area. This location has a great hotbox display. MY ONLY GRIPE IS. I spend $11 for a chicken tender meal and they give me 4 potato wedges. I mean, really? You can do better Royal Farm.”

I'm always greeted with smiles at the door, and although the pharmacist Robert can be a tad snippy at times- he works harder than anybody I know and does a great job at the same time. “The cashier was very irritable and made it very well known that he needed sleep and was overworked. Made a couple customers uncomfortable while we were there by aggressively slamming stuff around. One lady even tried to de-escalate the situation by saying "it'll be alright, relax and calm down" and he fired back saying "it'll be alright when I get some sleep" without apologizing for his aggression or attitude....However, my complaint isn't aimed at the cashier, it's aimed at management. This guy was working by himself on Labor Day, a holiday. There should have been 2 workers . If the manager only scheduled one employee for a holiday then its the managers fault for stretching the labor cost....If one of the workers called off than its management's responsibility to bring in a replacement. If the manager can't find a replacement, then they should get their butt in there and work the shift.Disgruntled employees on the sales floor can make customers uncomfortable.”

“Wawa is my favorite gas station besides 7-Eleven. I go to Wawa everytime I go to Maryland and New Jersey. It's just so good. Their iced teas are delicious, costumer service is great, and the staff and food are great. 10/10 recommend coming here if you're in Maryland. Or I also recommend going to a Wawa if you're in New Jersey. Those ones are good, too.”

“It's a conveinance store. It's not a 5 star fine dining facility and if lots of stores do not have public bathrooms. Why not rate these folks on the service provided, manners, professionalism etc because I've had nothing but extremely friendly people wait on me checking out, I live nearby and used to go their at least once a week for something late at night and theres really nice people there. Their cred card reader is terrible outside but they are always easy going and explain how it works if you want to pay inside. Never had credit card issues after using it there. People downrating the place maybe have ubrealistic expectations I'd say. They should break their rules on bathroom usage for just you because you're more important than the rest of us? It is a job and they have to follow rules. Think b4 you judge. Walk a mile in a mans shoes before you judge the man....”

“I just wanted to share my experience from the other day. I was there during a very busy time. The workers were doing their very best. As I was waiting I watched the restaurant manager, Alison. Helping her employees and keeping everything going smoothly. I stopped her after I got my food just to tell her how great her and her employees were doing and how she stepped in to help them. I give her and her employees a 10/10!”

I had been in to the store ea4lier in the morning and then went on my way to my errands and I realized I don't have my phone. I came back up the road and went in asked if anyone had found a phone. John even came out and called my phone to see if it was somewhere lost in my van that I couldn't see. Anyhow I got home and it was in the driveway. This is a good store!”
