I use this branch frequently, it is convenient and has great parking. I wish to complement one of the associates, his name is Kenny Alam. Mr. Alam is always polite, very helpful, and customer focused. I recently visited another Wells Fargo location and had a very negative experience. I truly recommend the Timonium branch for your banking needs.

Just went to deposit a check and make a withdrawal through ATM, Bethany was fantastic. Super personable, professional and just a pleasure to interact with.

I usually go into this branch once per year to make a large-ish withdrawal and was shocked at how poor the customer service was today. The teller helping the clients inside the bank was rude, curt and clearly didn’t get the memo about Henry Wells’ philosophy on “courtesy”, which was literally on a sign right behind his head. There wasn’t a name plate on the counter in front of him, unfortunately. First time ever having such a negative experience at WF.

If i could give this zero stars i would! I walked into this bank and i immediately felt hatecrimed! I met with Vince Melanson, Vince said that he couldn’t open my account because i was too poor. I am EXTREMELY outraged!

Went in to open an account with an offer code I got in the mail that had the wrong name but my address. Banker wouldn't accept the offer because it had the wrong name, and then was very patronizing to me asking if I'd even meet the $3,000 a month direct deposit qualification. Was treated with no respect and left without even opening an account.
