I was offered a walgreens card. I asked if it was a credit card. I was told no. I asked if there was a credit check. I was told no. I figured it must be like a loyalty card, so why not. Lo and behold a walgreens Mastercard arrived at my door, with a hard pull on my credit. I am kinda pissed.

At first my experience was great. But then a medication I needed was out of stock. They cancelled my order and when I called to ask why, they said they can’t have it sitting in the queue that long and that I would have to call every day to see if it is in stock. So instead of keeping my medication in the queue and checking for me, they’re telling me I have to do their job for them. This is unacceptable.

I was in the drive thru line for 12 minutes waiting to be helped. Then the pharmacy tech comes to the window and tells me she won’t help me because they are heading to lunch. It was 1:33pm so I had clearly been there before the lunch time of 1:30p-2p. I explained I had one prescription to pick up but she refused. Very poor customer service.

This store was a hot mess when I visited. They were all out of stock of the “deals of the week”. That is okay. While I was checking out the associate had to go to the back to grab two cans of a drink for the customer behind me who was walking with a cane. She confronted him and asked why she “as a woman” had to carry his cans…but he was clearly walking with a cane and it seemed like a fair accommodation. This interaction escalated quickly with the associate telling the customer that he needed to o to therapy? It was very uncomfortable and given that the shelves weren’t well stocked and the staff clearly have some training issues I will not return.

Got to be the worst pharmacy ever, service is ridiculously slow, don’t even bother with the drive through….I need to change pharmacies

So I went here and it’s a very high traffic area. The store itself was nice it seemed well stocked and for the most part it looked clean. I stopped in to grab a few first aid items and needed help but could not locate an associate that was willing to help. After I found my items I had to wait 10 minutes for a rude girl to ring me up and take my money. She didn’t even say thank you.

The pharmacy in this location is terrible. Took them a long time to receive the prescription sent by my doctor, so I missed the medication that I was supposed to take that evening. Came back the next morning, and this time they could not figure out how to look up my insurance (Tricare - I mean it’s not difficult ? since it is in-network) and was just told to call my insurance.We decided to have the script get sent to CVS instead and got the prescription instantly and experienced no problems with my insurance.This is not the first time we’ve had problems with this location and the other adjacent ones. Walgreens pharmacy is just terrible all around.

I was looking for a place to develop some disposable cameras so I thought I'd try this Walgreens location, conveniently located on York Road. When I approached the photo department counter, no one was there. I found a manager who escorted me back to the photo counter and explained how to leave the cameras for development. The collection box was overflowing with orders which made me uncomfortable, but this guy seemed confident that my order would get completed. Great customer service here...........and hopefully my photos aren't lost. Haha
