mark and the team were amazing. solved my issues and helped me out as quickly and efficiently as possible. I recommend this location over the corporate location in Nottingham for they did not want to do the same task that this location did within seconds. amazing. Also forgot the name of the taller Lightskin gentleman, but he didn’t amazing job as well

My phone wouldn't recognize my SIM card after a fall onto concrete. I was freaking out and Kenard was not only so incredibly helpful, but very kind and easy to work with. I'm so appreciative of my experience.

I sometimes think that retail workers forget that "customer service" is an integral part of their job description, and it certainly applies here. There was no level of polite greeting or interaction, even on the base level of a "have a nice day" being absent on the way out the door. If the interaction had been at least somewhat pleasant, it wouldn't really matter, but apparently customer service is only a priority over the phone.

I agree with Brittany G, I wish I could give a score lower than 1 star. This was one of the more horrific store experiences I have ever encountered. I needed help with my phone that kept shutting down. When I walked in, Mark Webb addressed us and asked how he could help. After looking at my phone, he said "you have too much on your phone." When i proceeded to ask how I could go about deleting things, he became very irritated, huffing and puffing. He was rolling his eyes and speaking in a very condescending tone. He kept saying "do you really even talk to that many people? why do you use so much storage?" I kept asking him questions and he kept saying "I don't know what to tell you, i don't work for Apple, you just need to buy a new phone" and would throw my phone back across the counter. It started escalated when we were trying to get information about the insurance policy and he started raising his voice at us. When we began to stand up for ourselves, the manager Bill came over and said he wouldn't allow this in his store. I explained that I was just trying to get help, and his employee has been rude, ignorant and condescending the entire time. It got very heated and we asked for the managers number, who of course never got back to us. Mark Webb was screaming across the store "sorry you feel that way ma'am, sorry you feel that way ma'am!!!!!!" He was erratic and seemed if he was given the opportunity, it could have become violent. If you want to be treated like an animal, you should go to this store.
Instead of buying a new phone...I went to the Genius bar at Best Buy and they were SO WONDERFUL and were able to help me fix the problem!!
Also.... if you want to see the real reviews not posted by friends and employees.... the truth of this store is over on yelp!

Dayon is the GOAT!!! I had a pending activation issue that was unresolved by online and phone support for 72 hours. Went into the Verizon store first thing in the morning, and Dayon got it all sorted in record time.
I cannot express how much I appreciate Dayon after such a long, frustrating experience!

Kenard helped my mother, my wife, and myself figure out 5 new devices and 1 new plan - and he did an amazing job. Seriously - he was one of the most impressive salespeople I’ve worked with in a long time. He had the answers to every question and solutions to every problem. Kenard did an amazing job of interacting with each of us as individuals on the level we needed (he nailed things like explaining the difference between WiFi and Bluetooth to a senior citizen) - and I saw him do the same for other people while I was there.
Verizon has done a great job of making this process easier than it used to be. But the 5 stars are for Kenard, he’s the man.

My friend and I visited this location for the first time. Mark, the staff quickly responded, and was very polite. Upon alerting Mark we were in our seventies and needed step be step instructions to replace my friends iPhone. Wow! We were absolutely impressed with such patience. Thank you Marc.

This place is the BEST Verizon store hands down. Dayon (hope i'm spelling it right) who is the manager and Kenard (once again, spelling??) Were so patient and personable. They sat with me for hours to make sure that I had my issue resolved and was satisfied with the results.. they totally need major raises!!!
