My phone wouldn't recognize my SIM card after a fall onto concrete. I was freaking out and Kenard was not only so incredibly helpful, but very kind and easy to work with. I'm so appreciative of my experience.

Dayon is the GOAT!!! I had a pending activation issue that was unresolved by online and phone support for 72 hours. Went into the Verizon store first thing in the morning, and Dayon got it all sorted in record time.
I cannot express how much I appreciate Dayon after such a long, frustrating experience!
