“I went to Enterprise Car Sales to get a car. Keagan waited on me. It was a lovely experience. He had the cars I picked from their web site. I test drove two and decided on a Nissan SUV. This was my 1st used car. I truly like my car. Keagan was super fast and polite. The prices are good and the financing even better. They don’t play any games. I called a couple weeks later because the brakes sound off. The Manager, Eric; was just as super. He arranged for me to go to Firestone to get the brakes checked/serviced free of charge. The total experience had been awesome. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Enterprise Car Sales in Timonium on York Rd. Please visit if you are considering purchasing a used car. “Earlier this year I went through the process of (almost) purchasing a cargo van from Sir Michael's and it was SUCH a great process. Nate’s calm presence paired with his willingness to go above and beyond made for such a seamless, comfortable experience. I honestly wish all car salespeople had his energy.I live almost an hour away in MoCo and don’t currently own a car, so I had asked if he could work with me over-the-phone as much as possible so that I wouldn’t have to take more than one trip to the dealership, which could get expensive and/or time consuming.He was gracious about it and even drove the van to a nearby mechanic at my request to get it checked out. No matter where you buy a used car from: I always suggest doing this. I see a lot of the negative reviews here could have been negated with this step. He took it to Chesapeake Auto Service for me (who I also highly recommend) which cost me less than $60 and they did a thorough check.Though the van had passed Maryland Safety Inspection, it did come back with a few minor issues and, without hesitation, Nate said he’d get them all taken care of. Easy. Took about a week, and then the van was ready for me. Didn’t have to lift a finger or pay a dime.The reason it didn’t end up working out is because I wasn’t satisfied with my financing options. This had nothing to do with Sir Michael’s — I had the same experience researching financing options on my own — I just wasn’t satisfied with the rates and the companies that were willing to take on the loan.I have a good credit score, so I didn’t think it’d be an issue or that I’d be faced with subprime lenders… but what I didn’t consider is that financing commercial vehicles for personal use isn’t a given. The more you know. So next time I suppose I will get prequalified/figure out financing before getting this deep in the buying process.Anyways. As I shop for personal vehicles closer to where I live, I am reminded constantly of how superior my experience with Sir Michael’s was. Highly recommend ◡̈”
