Overwhelmingly garbage customer service. The associate, Joshua was sassy and sarcastic about a return item being packaged in 2 boxes instead of 1. I just put the items back in the same boxes they came in. Joshua exhaled with sass blowing air in my face and made a huge deal over 2 boxes. It was so apparent that another customer winced for me in the gust of mouth wind. Joshua was sarcastic about the solutions and didn’t seem interested in actually being helpful. I was trying to find a solution with him, but he just kept complaining like even the solutions he talked about were an annoyance for him. Joshua made his work problems my problem and I left with zero solutions. He also didn’t give me a receipt for the shipping label he complained about so although he said I could take it to another location, there is no receipt documentation available for the package.
I called in because the exchange was so ineffective. It’s not surprising at all that the response from the UPS store was lackluster and sarcastic. They took zero accountability over the phone and said “Joshua was frustrated because of previous customers.” Sorry, but I am not responsible for them. I was very nice and patient with him.
The Cockeysville UPS store was significantly more helpful and less rude with the same shipping label predicament.

I'd recommend going to another UPS Store. Maybe the one in Towson or Cockeysville/Hunt Valley. The employee there acted like I ruined her day when I walked in to do an Amazon return. From looking at other reviews it sounds like this is par for the course at this location. Probably won't be returning.

The people here aren’t very friendly, and by that I don’t mean that they don’t greet you - I mean that they act as though they are doing the customer a favor by attending to them at all. I’m not a person of many words - how can you already be annoyed at me before I say anything? When I asked the one guy to repeat something he said because I didn’t catch it, he let out a big sigh of frustration before repeating it. He did not seem to be in good heath because just repeating what he said caused him to be out of breath. It was a simple transaction that shouldn’t have caused that level of frustration, but I guess if you are not in good health it would be. I’m glad to hear that they have regulars though. I’d rather use Michael’s to drop off any packages or drive a little further if I need a UPS employee - and I’m guessing the employees of this location would be pleased by that.

If I could give no stars I would.
I went to refuse a double shipment and the employee was extremely rude asking me what I wanted him to do.
Online and phone agents said you can refuse and return to sender.

We found the two people at this UPS location to be very nice and professional. It is a very busy UPS store, but they handled things efficiently and with sincerity. I was impressed that they even knew some regular UPS customers by their first names. My wife and I have used this location many times and have always been happy with the service and friendliness. We'll be back! Thank you!

Vistited Friday April 5th around 3:30pm
The employee seemed to not want to be the there, I walked in and greeted him without being greeted back in return. He went to the back of the store and started doing things back there instead of taking my item. It wasnt until two others walked in that he came to the front and in a horrible tone of voice said "next in line" he was very rude and should be fired. Why work in customer service with a nasty attitude like that? I will not return to this location ever.

This store was closed during business hours on a Sunday with a note of being back in 15 minutes. No start or end time of wait..very unprofessional. While I waited for 15 minutes 10 clients showed up and left..

I went to this store to get something notarized on a Saturday and it was very crowded with a line outside the door. I understand that, especially on the weekend. When I entered the store, there were 2 people working at the counter. One was helping someone and talking to that customer like they were best friends, ignoring the fact that there was a line out the door. Once he finished with that customer at least 15 minutes later, he went to the back of the store and disappeared. The other younger person was left alone to deal with the crowd of people. I waited 30 minutes for my turn and said I needed to get something notarized and he told me to sign the forms and someone would be me shortly. After about 15 minutes, I asked how if he notary knew I was there and he said yes. A few minutes later, the older gentleman came out and I asked him if he was the notary and he said the notary does not work until Monday at 1. So I waited 45 minutes for nothing and I work on Mondays. I was beyond angry. If the notary is not there all the time, there should be a sign or something on the website that displays the notary hours. I will never go to this location again.
