John and his crew are the rare find in auto repair, fair and honest. The work performed was always done when promised. Every repair was explained as well as any future recommendations. Thanks to this my 1993 Camry reached 250,000.00. If you're looking for complete satisfaction, this is the shop you should use.

The cashier working the afternoon of 3/10 shouldn't accuse regular customers of stealing. She followed me to my car and accused me of taking something because I walked in, saw they didn't have the sugar free energy drink I wanted, and left to finish pumping gas. That's how you lose customers. Spreading the word.

The pumps are Fairly new and work great.the staff are friendly,the store is clean,prices are fair but it is hard pulling out sometimes because of the traffic on timonium road.I always buy my gas here and I've never had any problems.

Disclosure: I did not have work performed here. I dropped my truck off on a Sunday, but decided to leave after speaking with staff on Monday. The shop opens at 7:30am, Monday. Around 9:30 I dropped in because I hadn't heard anything. I met John and explained the problem (because he hadn't done anything to even recognize my truck was sitting there). The problem: I tried to install new shocks myself and bent a tie rod in the process. After explaining this to him and taking my licks for my "I messed with something I shouldn't have" (rightfully so), john went into a short explanation that he didn't even know if he could fix the truck because I broke it. (I could hear the cash register warming up for my bill). When I asked how come because I bent a bolt, which could be easily cut off, I just was nervous continuing this project myself, John laughed and in a demeaning tone said "it could take me hours", I will look at it (maybe) today and let you know". So, the reason for my 2 star rating is simply because, in my opinion, I believe John smelled "blood in the water" and the S#+ Eating Grin on his face gave me the impression I was being prepped for a ride! Call it a gut feeling but with previous ownership of several sport cars and dozens of mechanic trips, I can tell when someone likes a customer who is "in a bad spot". I work in home improvement and know when a service provider is circling--- I don't like it!

I recommend the Timonium service center every chance I get. I feel that John is one of the most reliable, respectable, and fair businessman you will ever encounter and I trust him and the team to perform only the needed Auto repairs and service for a fair price and in a timely fashion. If you get service at a dealer you MUST consider giving this team your business.
