I had a fantastic experience at this store and highly recommend it to everyone! Cullen and Lou took the time to explain all the options before we purchased our computer and didn't pressure us at all. I would gladly buy another computer from this store in a heartbeat!

Staples stores are often rated very low... We have always had good luck with the Timonium Store. Yes, there are out of stock items from time to time but the staff is very attentive, professional and willing to help. The store is organized and clean.

The young lady who checked me out helped me put the Staples app on my phone. I’m a very senior citizen, not too agile with these things and definitely not fast at it! She was a sweetheart! I had never been in this specific Staples before. I have to say that I think I understand why you shut down the Catonsville store near my home - you couldn’t get any decent people to work there. But I have had great experiences in both Pikesville and now the Cockeysville or Linthicum store, whatever it’s considered. Lovely people! Everyone at my old Catonsville store treated me like a 4-letter word.

The Staples near me closed and I happened to be in the area to shop at this store. I was able to find the supplies I needed and a new item I had recently seen advertised. The shopping experience was fun and the cashier was friendly and very well informed.

my local Staples is the go-to spot for copying and enlarging. I always receive quick response from employees when I need assistance. I never go anywhere else when I need something quickly.

This place is great. The staff is courteous and professional. It's easy to mail packages. The canNOT take Fedex. Otherwise, super easy and convenient. My only draw back was some of the pricing, not very competitive, at least with Wal-mart.

I've tried 3 times and never had a positive experience at the print department. Today was no different. Go to Govans instead. Way better!!
