Your Deli department has been consistently awful when it comes to slicing lunchmeat. They NEVER slice it the way I ask. I click the option for “THIN” and even write it in the comments, and I still get “THICK”. That’s a result of pure laziness by the employees, because if they slice it thick, then it’s less slicing they have to do and are just getting it to the weight as fast as they can not caring about doing the order correctly. They make you order online or on the kiosk, so what else do we need to do to make sure we get the thickness we ask for, so then I don’t get an attitude from the girl back there when I mentioned it isn’t sliced right. I have 2 neighbors who no longer get their lunchmeat here because their orders were never done right. I’ll pay more somewhere else, that actually gives me what I ask for and I don’t have to hassle them about it.

I've never had a good experience here. The main issue is the 'tude you get when you act like a customer. I wanted a rain check for something (never mind the don't have the management skill to realize that when popular products go on sale you should probably order more of them). No one at Customer Service (just after 5 in the afternoon) so I fetched the kid who helps people when the automated checkout won't let you scan anything because there is a foreign object on the belt, which is actually the bag you want to put your groceries in. Anyway, after 5 minutes the manager finally comes, but apparently I wasn't supposed to be agitated that my time wasn't respected. "We're all busy...". No 'sorry', 'thanks for waiting'.

I work here and just want to give a shout out to our grocery manager and nurse that helped him perform CPR on Larry that does carts outside. They gave him a change because he was breathing when the Medical help came to take him to hospital . Prayers ?

We love this grocery! So surprised by the bad comments. They have a wonderful selection of italian food- including baked sfogliattelle. Wonderful prime rib sales on holidays also. I am guessing the owners are italian or Sicilian as the selection & quality is amazing. I even bought the most beautiful palm cross made in italy here for easter. My husband is sicilan & we GREATLY appreciate the selection & quality.

Always crowded and self check out is awful.
Online ordering is a joke. Three different times I've had to go in to get the orders myself, but first I had to find someone to help me. Someone is always on a break. Coordinate better with the app in that case or just don't offer the service.

Gave up on the online ordering, Messed up too many times. Deli needs to learn how to shave meat when ordered that way on machines. If I order and wait and it's not shaved I will not purchase. It list on the deli machine how you want it cut, Shaved is an option but they never do it and it's only for my ham. Maybe a little training!
