I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this pharmacy for several years now. The pharmacists have gone out of their way to get me the best medicine. Example: I was prescribed a pricy medication and the pharmacist called me to let me know she didn’t have it, what the cost was, and we talked about what other options there may be. She offered to call my physician and they discussed the medication. We were able to settle on a very affordable and effective alternative. The pharmacist did the leg work and called me to discuss. Thank you!
The line is never long, and all staff is friendly. Best kept secret in Timonium!

I use to like ShopRite but now it is had totally lost value. There is never anyone actually checking out, the self check is again and the employees don't have a welcoming presence.

Getting used to my new neighborhood here in timonium and found this ShopRite I don't believe I've ever shopped at one but I will definitely be coming to this grocery store every time clean lot of good produce and friendly stuff

There’s always some issue they never have the medicine. I call and they don’t answer or they put me on hold. They are rude, I have been trying to get this medicine for a month and now I have run out and they are saying they cannot fill it after telling me multiple times I don’t have to worry. Now I will be coming off of it cold turkey when my doctor told me not too.

Cashier customer service is disgusting. The employee named "Tyesha" had such a lousy attitude, for example when I told her to please tie my bags so my items wont fall out she laughed and told me " whatever white boy" and never did what I asked of her to do. I was appalled and marched straight to her manager and discussed what occurred. The manager said her staff is relatively new and she told me to be patient but I told her there is no excuse for refusing to do their job and her staff certainly have NO RIGHT to be name calling customers especially on their race. At this point I was wanting to just get out of there and I will NEVER be going here ever again !!!

"I never win anything." You won't hear me saying this, as I was on a lucky streak last week, winning all sorts of stuff on social media! Just for answering a question on ShopRite's FB page, I won a $100 gift card to my favorite supermarket: ShopRite of Timonium! I love ShopRite. The store is great. It's convenient to my house with tons of free parking in a huge parking lot, it's surrounded by other great stores (PetSmart, Hallmark), and the store is always clean and organized. They always have products I need, even during this supply chain situation that Giant and other local grocery stores seem to be victim to. The staff is friendly and helpful. As a Scorpio, I'm forever loyal to ShopRite.

I love this place more than a reasonable amount for a grocery store! When I first started shopping here a few years ago, it struck me as so different from other grocery stores because the lighting was more muted & they played THE BEST music! On one occasion I found myself choking up & singing along with Kate Bush in an aisle. Theres something intentionally peaceful about it... so much less stressful than other grocery stores... almost relaxing. The main thing that made me decide: it was about time for me to leave a 5 star review is: as I was just leaving, I noticed that they will be closed for Thanksgiving. That is SO HUMANE and reflects the serene sanity of this lovely location. Thank you ShopRite for being so awesome!! Please don't change!!

This store is great! I love the new deli kiosk. I place my deli order when I walk in the store and it's always ready for me when my shopping is completed, it saves so much time! Waiting in line is a thing of the past! The store's prices are great! I love how clean the store is and how they always maintain COVID standards.

This location started using a kiosk for the deli. The internet doesn't work on my phone and I can't download any apps at the moment so I come in to the store in person. But after I put in my order, I have to wait 45 min for the deli order. I asked if they can process the orders on a first come first serve then tend to the orders they receive from their app just like at fast casual and carry out stores and they said, no. But they also told me that I was not the only one who complained about the kiosk and that many other people have complained about the use of the kiosk. So if your store is receiving so much customer feedback, why don't you do something about it!!! ========News flash: the information your store is getting from your app is NOT valuable. You guys are NOT Facebook or Amazon. It is only encumbering customers especially elderly and others who either do not wish to use your app or cannot utilize the app. The other problem is the deli section employees close up whenever they feel like it even if it is 15 min prior to the closing time. When I used the kiosk to place an order the woman behind the deli counter came over and shut it down and canceled the order even though i twas before the deli closing time. She told me she already cleaned and put away the equipment. Here is a suggestion: then set the deli operating time reflective of the actual operating hours! THe manager was even worse when he said, yeah, you need to come in 30 min before the closing time listed if you want service. What?! Then why don't you guys actually set the deli operating time that is reflective of the ACTUAL operating hours? But the customer service employees are nice.

First time in a long while...certainly the first time during COVID19. Employees were compliant, some customers were moving a little too fast and too close on a Wednesday late morning. Store was clean and a bit more open spaced than I remember. Went specifically for some German staples, but came away without. Did find some pork and deli meats and two bags of frozen shrimp at reasonable prices. Store was not overly crowded. May go back again for the shrimp.

Had to find Lemon Lime Seltzer. ShopRite has a great section with a huge selection of their house brand. Maybe 10 flavors! And Lemon Lime was in stock. Bought 24 bottles mix and match for .50 each. Regularly.79. What. A. Deal. Again, ShopRite came through with an essential that was out of stock elsewhere.
