“I had reserved a moving pod weeks prior to my move. They were very nice and professional at that time. The day of my move was two days before Christmas and also the day of the worst winter storm in years. That day it rained, snowed, the temperature rapidly dropped and it was very windy. When we got to the facility in Pikesville the power had been knocked out and we couldn't gain access. The young lady in charge, quickly arranged for us to use a nearby facility in Randallstown that still had power. The young lady at that facility was very accommodating and professional and got me set up quickly. She was helpful and polite. They made my move less stressful and I would recommend them highly!”

“Moved from MD to NYC. Did some market research and ORLY provided the best price. Liz was incredibly communicative and offered flexible storage and delivery options for my small move. She was also responsive over phone, text, or email. The movers that came on site were very professional. With the logistical challenge this is moving to NYC, Orly was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend them to those looking for moving/storage services on the East Coast!”
