Called in my script using automated system, no record, my Dr then called it in, was told ready 2p .. @5:30p not ready..finally got script and inadvertently billed 4 med I did not order with no credit receipt other than "your credits been peocessed".

Sherra at the Timonium location was amazing and helped get a poster printed for my son. There was originally an issue that she checked on, took care of and called me back to let me know we were all set. Hard to find polite and helpful people especially over the phone. She rocks!
