I just had my blood drawn by Ms Octavia today. My experience was pain free. From the moment I walked in Ms Octavia was friendly and helpful. You could tell she loved her job. She was ready to help me in a very professional manner. I was taken within 5 minutes. My visit was 14 minutes. This was not the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Octavia. She has helped me in the past also and was always wonderful. I hope she is around for my next visit also. Thank you, Octavia!! You are the best!!!

You would be better off passing away from whatever you came there for than coming here. WORST MEDICAL OFFICE I HAVE BEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I literally left here in tears. I was in so much pain and just needed a test to confirm my diagnosis so I could go home and rest. There was an issue with the doctors test order and my visit. After an hour I tried to knock twice to see if they received it. No answer. I was there for almost 2 hours. The woman came out, saw me crying and said I should just go to patient first if I want a faster response, without even checking if they got the order yet. I was the only one in the waiting room for over 20 mins, nobody said anything to me they just where in the office talking to each other. I called my doctor made sure they sent the order ANYWHERE else than there and just left. You would get better healthcare treatment in hell. Avoid this location at all costs.

Please do not book up more times than you have available for appointments. An hour a wait on a walk in is acceptable but a one hour wait on an appointment is not.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that.
I checked in at 7:30 for my appointment at 7:40 . The waiting room is spacious and was empty at the time. I kept on waiting till 7:57 when I complained to the staff. I told them I have been waiting for 30 minutes, they said there’s no way you have been waiting for 30 minutes your appointment is at 7:40. You don’t say!!!! So I need to wait 30 minutes with an appointment!!!!. Ten minutes later another employee came out and I told her now it’s been full half an hour, she told me this is for another person from the staff and completely ignored me. Bravo !!! How professional to pin it on your colleague and ignore the client!!!!. After another 5 minutes or so I was finally able to go in and completed the urine collection in 2 minutes. Great, Right?? Guess what , the employee was waiting on another client who was trying to hydrate to produce urine and already populated a receipt with his contact info. Well you guessed it , I had a receipt with my name on it and someone else’s contact info. Now I’m trying to create an account online and it won’t allow me showing me an error that my last name and birth date don’t match the information in the system. So nearly an hour waisted with an appointment just for urine collection with all kinds of errors.

The receptionist and lab technician were friendly and knowledgeable as well. It was a short wait time in spite of the fact that I was a walk in. A very pleasant experience.

No matter how many times your Dr writes STAT, they will never have your results on time. It is like Quest is there to make life miserable for sick people. Very unkind people

My daughter went to get blood work there, because she is new patient, the Philippine guy asked her driver license first without checking anything, she did not bring her license, he refused to go through without her driving license, so we have to drive back to home then get license, but after we arrive there , there were a lots of patients, he never think we were there before, we had to to restart to get registration on computer again, my doctor’s office faxed them the order, it takes them forever to receive online, that Philippine guy’s attitude was so bad, my daughter almost passed out because no eat and drink for blood work, finally, we were waiting there for 2 hours , still no orders coming through my doctor’s office, I called the office , they did fax the order, my daughter decided to give up the blood work, no one wants to have blood work done in there which this type of service, please see this before you go there.

Generally I don't have a good experience with these walk-in blood draws, but even with an appointment it took forever to see someone. They were very pleasant, but very slow, had to type in ever single test (hunt and peck method for typing, too) even though the order was sent in way before my appointment. Not horrible, not the best. It is what it is, these days, I think.
