Much improved service turnaround than ever before- was pleasantly surpised as the waiting room alone was full. Clear communication with me, and all items needed were in stock (which is why you would go to the dealership for service IMO- to avoid after market or waiting for parts). Much more pleasant experience than before. My Nissan drove off the lot much better off.

Bait & Switch, Unexpected Fees
Beware of this dealership's scam tactics. Their advertised prices are deceiving. Price on phone changed when come in in person
Delays, Mistakes, and Miscommunications
Was expecting for smooth transaction I have been buying cars but never had registration issues and delays like here also promised spare key its been weeks but never received it.

I highly recommend Chris Collins along with the whole staff they did a wonderful job finding me a truck that was both affordable and had all the gadgets you could possibly want never had a better experience buying a vehicle usually it’s a nightmare but this was different thankfully

My experience was really good, I had my fourth oil change and my tires rotated. I did not have any plans and decided to wait. Everyone that I came in contact with was very helpful and respectful.
