Thank you, Camilla, for keeping me informed about the QX80’s arrival and ensuring someone was available to assist once my husband and I arrived at the dealership.
We left with an upgraded 2024 QX60 Autobiography, which we absolutely love.
Thank you, Josh, Bobby and Chris, for first greeting us warmly when we walked through the door and being transparent during the entire process. Josh, thank you for suggesting that we take the car home as a complimentary rental to explore the benefits of this luxury upgrade--it helped seal deal.

I’ll be honest. I’ve been looking for an upgrade from my first hand-me-down car for about two years now. I’ve been skeptical because of the market nowadays, but continued to look. I take a look at the q50s outside & I’m greeted by Wayne Jiggetts Jr. with a smile (yes, I’m name dropping this man because he, BY FAR, gave me the best customer service yet) Buying a car is a huge purchase, but I was greeted with hospitality and transparency. I was WELL taken care of and there is no chance I would have gotten the deal I did anywhere else WITH the kindness and compassion I did from the staff today. Chris was also very helpful in finance. Great team! Thank you for making it possible for me to get my dream car!

This is by far the best experience I’ve had even looking at a vehicle and made the experience a BREEZE! It was a weight off your shoulders lots of dealership don’t seem to accommodate customers in there needs/WANTS but here you get both i had a wonderful sales with Cindy and also her partner Josh over at Infinity and they work along side a professional in finance which you don’t see often at all in Maryland if your looking into a new vehicle don’t forget to stop in for newer or used vehicles…10 out of 10!

I took my 2017 Infinite QX60 in due to AC problems. After having the car all day they found my oil pan needed to be replaced and that the AC motor needed to be replaced for $3330 ? I wouldn’t allow them to fix it and had someone else look at it. The person who checked it out realized I desperately needed a new battery. Once he changed the battery the AC was pumping air like a pro. I’m so very disappointed in this dealership. I feel like they were perfectly willing to take advantage of me to the tune of $3300 for something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Do better Infinite.

I’ve used this service center for almost 10 years now. Always received great customer service, but my last experience left me a bit frustrated. I typically work with Chris, but I don’t know if he was off or no longer works for the company. I took my car in for an oil change, which I thought included a tire rotation as standard, especially when I purchased the tires from you 5 months ago, but of course my tires weren’t rotated and the pressure wasn’t even adjusted as I requested. Also, now there’s a 3% charge to use a credit card- that’s nuts, especially because I’ve had service bills of almost $2000 in the past. So I must take time out of my day to take my car elsewhere for a tire rotation.

I never in a million years thought I'd be leaving a FIVE star review for a car dealership but here we are!
Cari and the team behind her weren't just adequate, they were Aces, each one of them. The GM should be proud of his team.
They procured and processed the car we wanted, sold it at a fair price and had the car AND the paperwork ready to go when we arrived.
It simply could not have been easier.
Special shout out to that peach of a salesgirl Cari who went way above what normal salespeople so. She drove to NJ to get our car for us!
