Went in to cash a check for my wife, she holds an account. Surley older male teller informed me I would have to pay a 2% fee for my wife cashing since she did not come to the branch herself. Exact words were "why didn't she come in?"

This bank could care less about your money. I recently made and appointment to have a phone call which is an option on the app. This was after not being able to get through to customer service on the phone after 3 attempts. It was over a check I wrote that debited my account 200 $ more than it was worth. I received no phone call. I called bank and asked the banker what was going on and he gave me an attitude that they don’t do appointments like that and it’s not his problem they list that on the app? Basically talked to me like I did something wrong and should have been psychic and known this! How about a phone call to inform me? Over a mistake the bank made. This would be awful to a person that depends on every last bit of money to have to wait weeks to get it back, luckily I’m not in that position. Terrible customer service do not trust this branch with your money.

I have banked at this branch for many years and have always had excellent customer service. The staff is courteous and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend them for personal and business banking.

No communication. Told my title company that they wouldn't make my closing date, but didn't say anything to me...Scheduled cross country move on the assumption they would keep the contracted closing date. This is terrible customer service!

Great people at this branch. Much better than the padonia road office. The bank is good but their online banking is not up to par with other banks. The personal service makes up for any deficiencies In technology

I am glad to have been an M&T account holder for over a decade. They are definitely superior to the huge bank that is their major competitor. A wide variety of accounts is offered, including a checking account that is basically free. The Baltimore area is well-saturated with many M&T branches, but there are branches from West Virginia to Connecticut. They offer the customer service of a small bank despite their size. Kudos to M&T for all around excellence.

The people here are very welcoming despite what other reviews say and everyone has been very helpful to me.

Never been treated so poorly and felt not at all welcome to this location bc if one individual. Joe the teller is an embarrassment of M & T. Not sure why they would employ such a nasty man to represent the company. Makes me want to move my business account elsewhere.

The orange hair guy is awful. I asked for a form they gave me a week ago and got a lecture and was told there is no form. I told the bank manager in front of orange hair he should be counseled and submitted a complaint in m&t site. I am sure they and the branch will take no action. I hope they have some customers left if they keep that individual.

I was the first one in line. And 3 tellers who seem available don't call me. And one of them stares at me for 7 seconds without saying anything. So I come up to her. Then she tells the teller next to her to take care of me. A few weeks ago, the same teller who stared at me today asked me to sign in at the door instead. And nobody come to help me for 20 minutes even though I was the only person who signed in. Of course, same teller walked by me a few times while I was waiting, but she didn't send anyone to help me. She was just staring at me. Well what's the point of staring at your customer if you're not gonna help him?

there is some new teller who tried to tell me how to run my business. he is thick and has orange hair. if hes not there its usually okay. I get my change orders from this place and unless the volt teller is there they cant fill them, which is inconvenient and to me irresponsible business practice. Considering I have tons of money flowing through this bank from my 7 restaurants i expect a certain level of service from my bank. I would also appreciated if the fellow i mentioned before doesn't roll his eyes every time I walk in.
