I took 3 watches in for batteries. They promptly inspected them (one watch was a wind up). Replaced the batteries in less then 5 minutes. Returned them to me. And said 20.00. For charity. They used to do it for free, but had to discontinue the free service because of abuse. Thank you.

Wonderful experience, got engagement ring and wedding bands from Meritage. Brian and Kevin helped us out both times and made the whole shopping experience great. Pricing is fair and they don't pressure you into buying, they will price out multiple options so that you can pick what works best for your budget. We were offered champagne as we shopped which, while simple, made the shopping experience feel more like a fun event and certainty showed why they are so great at customer service. Making such an important purchase was stressful but Meritage made it easy and fun, highly recommend.

Only place we will ever go again for jewelry. My husband and I got our wedding bands there and I got a box chain for him there. We worked with Brian who made us feel like old friends and made the whole experience absolutely wonderful. I could not recommend Meritage enough!

5 star jeweler. I had them do a custom made engagement ring within my price point and had an awesome experience. Highly satisfied with the price, quality and craftsmanship of my ring so we went ahead and bought our wedding bands as well. Find Craig, he is awesome.

We love love love Meritage! The entire team is fantastic and super engaging. It is the "Cheers" of Jewelry Stores - as everyone "knows your name" - they make you feel like family. An amazing selection and also will work to create unique pieces. Always committed to ensuring you have a great experience and feel special with no pressure. My husband and I were fairly new to the area and went to another jeweler - and had a horrible experience. We talked about what "great" would look like and we then walked into Meritage... and they simply nailed it. We are customers for life as the experience is incredibly unique as they make it personal - which is exactly what you want when buying jewelry. It's more than a transaction - it's emotional. Meritage was great to work with for my custom engagement ring. Their 3d modeling was high quality and did not require a deposit, and their prices were competitive. The final product was in excellent condition and had great workmanship.

These are the only people you should buy jewelry from. I've sent 4 of my good friends to buy engagement rings and will be sending more if they ask where to go. Low pressure, knowledgeable staff, great quality jewelry.

HIGHLY recommend Meritage. We had a friend recommend we come here to chat with Brian (the owner) to purchase our wedding bands. My husband had purchased my engagement ring elsewhere but it had some sizing issues and brian was happy to give us advice on my best options even though we didn't purchase from him. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming- don't make you feel like you need to buy something and are happy to give you their best advice. Since we had such a great experience we came here to purchase our wedding bands which we LOVE and always get compliments on them. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase jewelry moving forward and will send all friends and family there.

I called in haste to get my grandmothers vintage diamond ring polished for my daughter’s wedding (which was the next day). Brian took my call and told me to keep coming his way… when I got there the folks were so helpful and said it would be completed within the hour. I was so excited to be able to do this for my daughter and the results exceeded my expectations. The photos don’t do the polishing justice but my did it sparkle!Thank You Brian for your sharp eye to detail, sharing your excitement for jewelry and your excellent customer service! I’ll be returning.

I stopped in here today 12/16/22 by chance after stopping in a another jewelry store without any luck. Brian was quick and polite to offer assistance. I showed him a blurry picture from a television show with a necklace on it that my wife indicated she liked. He quickly pointed me to the PERFECT necklace for my wife. It was also much less expensive that I was expecting. Brian kindly offered me a drink while he gift wrapped the item with care. My wife is going to love it. This will be the first place I go for any future jewelry needs. Thank you!!

I had a great experience working with Brian in purchasing an engagement ring. When going to competitor sites, I had a terrible time as the reps used guilt and fear as a selling tactic. Brian was super patient in answering all my detailed questions and showed great empathy in understanding my needs. He understood my priorities and worked within my budget never pushing me to do something I did not want. There were no hidden costs or surprises throughout the experience He responded quickly and postively to all communications.
