Lowes in Cockeysville has my business. I went into the store to buy a toilet, the customer service rep, Patrick, was nice as could be. He went out of his way to help me get it off the floor and put it in my car. Thanks Patrick, great customer service!

Lowe’s is just a good hardware store. I came here most recently to get sand paper and ooks and it was a breeze, besides my somewhat wobbly cart it was fine.

Purchased a dryer and Ill say it was a fantastic experience compared to my recent headache at Home Depot. Shining star employee was definitely David in appliances, who went above and beyond to help me. Thanks, will probably be a lowes customer from here on out!
