I was nervous to come to this location based on reviews, but I had a great experience and would definitely come again. I made an appt sr 9:30, arrived at 9:20, and was out by 10. Check in was easy (check in on your phone ahead of time and then all you have to do is scan). The receptionist was very friendly, and happened to also be the one doing the blood draw and did a great job. I felt bad it seemed like she didn’t have much help, I only saw one other phlebotomist while I was there, but she was very efficient in getting people through and being kind in the process.

I've been using this location for many years and I liked the old staff, but the new staff is great. They were very professional, very friendly, and did great with my kids.

I’ve used this location for regular bloodwork in the past and haven’t had a bad experience, but also was never really impressed until today’s visit. Very professional and friendly phlebotomist! I didn’t get her name, but she was so pleasant and efficient. I also have *very* tiny veins (if you’re a part of that club, you know that getting blood drawn can turn nightmarish quickly!). She took her time inspecting them, entered the vein swiftly and painlessly, and was attentive until the business was done. Grateful for the pleasant experience!

It really doesn’t matter which LabCorp location you go to, you’re guaranteed to experience the same rude demeanor, dismissive attitude and prison wait room environment.
The dismissive attitude of the young lady at the front desk when someone presented their lab form & she told them they needed to sign in at the kiosk.
Once called to the back she didn’t clean her hands and wanted to use the same tourniquet she has been using. She touched some many other things and when I asked if she could change her gloves she told me “this isn’t a sterile procedure” and walked out and asked another tech to draw my blood.
The other tech who was already mishandling an elderly woman by talking to her quite aggressively, wasn’t pleased with having to draw someone else and she expressed that.
Her tone and demeanor was irritable and cold. Despite cleaning the room after each patient, her technique when drawing blood is not good practice and could lead to serious complications to a patient. She puts the tourniquet on extremely tight which could lead to a hemolyzed sample. She also uses the same gloves to gather her supplies and draw blood, which isn’t the issue sorta but she also touched the area again before she proceeds to stick. She moved too quickly for me to move my arm and could have lead to me being injured from jerking my arm away.
It’s not my place to teach someone so I didn’t say anything and besides both the techs were already rude with poor customer service I didn’t want to give any more reason for me to have an interaction with them.
What a disgrace to the work being put in to end harmful medical practices and experiences for patients. LabCorp for some time now have below satisfactory reviews and should be ashamed and need to address the poor customer experience in the offices.

This place is pathetic. I walked in at 2:20 yesterday and checked in. There was only one other person in the waiting room who walked in while I was parking. Three other people walked in AFTER me and checked in at the kiosk. They ended up taking all three of those people before me, the lady working the desk even said “oh, I think that she (me) was here before all them” to a coworker and the coworker said “oh well too bad now”. I sat there until almost 4 o’clock before they even took me back to take my two tubes of blood. The blood draw took all of five minutes but waiting more than an hour and a half was pathetic especially since there was 4 to 5 women working at this location doing blood draws. Even worse was this caused me to miss my next appointment, which was only 1 mile down the street. I should have been taken right after the other man that walked in right before me. If so, I would’ve made my second appointment, but they had me sit there from 2:20pm until 3:45pm before they even took me to the back. The women running the front we’re just sitting there on their computers, chitchatting to each other, looking at their phones, not paying any attention, or acknowledging/helping the clients who were walking in. This place needs a miracle. Or someone to lay down the law on the laziness.

I made an appointment for a drug screening and I checked in. When they were apparently ready for me to go back, they said their system has been down and I needed to go to a different location. Said different location did not respect that I had an appointment and treated me no different than a walk in even though I arrived at the time of my original appointment at the other location. I asked how long the wait time was and they had no information on it and told me it takes a long time for each drug test. It doesn't take a long time for a drug test considering this isn't my first rodeo. It's extremely frustrating and they don't respect appointment times. For doing this all day every day you would hope they'd be more efficient and skilled with scheduling and appointments. If you can avoid using a LabCorp, I would suggest that. I've never once had a good experience at a LabCorp and I've gone several times over the years.

The folks at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. Once I got to the back, there was a female technician who came to draw my blood. Keep in mind, I've have blood drawn numerous times, from being in the service and this was the first time I flinched when she stuck me. She jabbed the needle in with significant force and even when she was swapping out the viles for more blood, she kept pushing the needle further and further in. I have large veins and there has never been a problem acquiring blood. This is my arm as a result. This was my 2nd time there and last time.

Honestly, the staff at Labcorps in MD are usually very unprofessional, unorganized, lack any kind of customer service, and lack bedside manner.
With this specific Labcorp that my wife and I received serviced from today, followed the specified trend above, and the phlebotomist was unusually heavy handed and rough.
Simple bloodwork was a very painful hassle with this young lady. She was very rough with the entire procedure in which 5mins felt like 15mins of torture - per my wife.
Insertion of the needle was not particularly painful; however; as she removed the needle- it was yankee out of my wife’s arm in which she describes as a knife being pulled out of her arm. A pain scale of 10 she says, which she compares the to the pain of breaking her femur bone.
Avoid this Labcorp at all cost.
The hole that the phlebotomist left my wife with is comparable to a hole left by an epidural.

Worst lab corp I’ve ever been to. People have been waiting an hour WITH an appointment and I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes with not one person called back or up front at the window. You either need to speak with your employees about their complete lack of wanting to work or you’re going to overwhelm the other lab corps because people have left and gone right up York Rd to another one, and gotten right in. Me included. This place has always been like this…why? I’ve had nothing but good experiences at the other one in Towson and Timonium. This just happens to be directly next to the doctors office. And it is NOT busy. And they are not understaffed. The woman who was supposed to be up front working was busy looking for the remote for the TV because they said the employees were watching it too much!

Had an appt, but still waited an hour for blood work. The place is really dirty and the technician is wearing fake nails which is an infection prevention issue. Staff are rude.
