I have been using Jim Boyd’s carpet every time I need new carpet.My experience here has been phenomenal. You are greeted once you step in the door by Mr Steve. He is truly an access to the establishment. He is very professional, and does not hesitate in showing you what is in stock. He is very patient and knowledgeable The owner Mr. Larry Hunt engages you one on one to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.The establishment is clean and customer friendly. Do not , I repeat do not go anywhere else to purchase flooring, this is the best take my word!

I have been looking for a large enough remanent to use for 2 years paid to have the space professionally measured and installed. measurement was off and required me to damage a brand new customized door to accommodate rug. installers complained about the contract, charged their phones without asking and was on their phones during installation, complained about the heat after being 2 hours late, did not want to honor the contract, when I called to touch base with the service advisor after he told me to reach back out to him, the secretary talked over me on the phone and hung up on me, sent me an email telling me that interrupted them on a vacation. Be careful about choosing this business.

I had a great experience from choosing our flooring all the way through installation. Steve was knowledgeable about products and answered all of my questions. The install crew did a great job. I'll be going back for carpet on rooms I did not replace with LVP.

This was the second flooring project Jim Boyd has completed for me. I can’t speak enough to the amazing job, professionalism, and knowledge that both Steve and Larry provided. I’m extremely happy with the finished products. With the amazing quality of the padding and carpet I now have in my basement, the doors needed to be adjusted. Larry and Steve quickly sent over a crew to adjust the doors. They really go above and beyond. I highly recommend Jim Boyd for your next flooring project. Be sure to ask for Larry and Steve.

We hired Jim Boyd’s to install carpet in our master bedroom. They arrived on time, the installation was perfect everything was put back in place and all trash was removed.
I can’t say enough about what a great job they did. Our sales men was wonderful helping us with our decisions. We will definitely return to Jim Boyd’s .

Excellent service from the first measure to the installation. Quality is on par and the sales department does a great job in guiding customers to appropriate products. Highly recommend. They even hand stained wood to match the LVF we got. Can’t even tell the difference

Not only did he offer us a better quality carpet than what we found at Lowe's, but he also managed to beat their pricing. The installation team was professional and efficient, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. What really set Bill apart was his dedication to customer service; he followed up with us throughout the entire process to ensure everything was perfect. This was a 5-star experience from start to finish! Highly recommend!
Looking at so many past negative reviews on Yelp I felt it necessary to come with a recent updated review. I took a chance on Jim Boyd's even after reading the negative reviews here, don't be fooled, help out a local community shop, my experience was top notch.

Jim Boyds has an amazing selection of carpet and flooring options for your home. I had the pleasure to work with Steve Fama, he is so good and so awesome! I had to select flooring for all three levels of my home as we were doing a remodel, & Steve help me all the way!
He picked out carpet options to show me. He helped me with flooring options for the main floor. He found pieces within my budget and even gave me prices that were even better that were quoted, and he even stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process :)
Alex the installer and mechanic, was very professional and did a great job too - I was totally so stoked after the installation, & I can’t say thank you to the whole team at Jim Boyd’s enough!
If you are looking to change out floors in your home, Jim Boyd’s is a must place to go!

Wonderful and high quality remnants to choose from! Diane is a super helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. This is the second rug we have purchased from her and could not be happier. The installation was done by their team as well. They were on time, respectful and very detailed in how they laid the carpet. In addition, the rug was made and delivered before the date promised!
