I had been to this consignment shop maybe a few times. I had bought some items and they were great! My issue was that I fell in love with a table and wanted to get it for my new house. I went in there to go buy it. The associate took the price tag off and since it was a dining table, it had to be professionally delivered. So my husband and I had waited until we got a quote for how much it would coat to deliver it. I was going to buy it regardless. The owner of the store came over to my husband and I to let us know that the table was on hold for someone as soon as the store opened. It wasn’t yet paid for. I can understand wanting to hold an item for a customer but there was NO sign on the table saying it was on hold or pending sale or anything of the sort. To say I was disappointed is only one of the few feelings I can say that I had felt. I can be understanding that it can busy and such but why was there no sign on the table that it was no longer for sale? And the store had just opened up? I would hope some type of sign would be there. Please be more diligent with things like this.

Great finds and design's is a wonderful resource for beautiful home decor... If you're buying.... My one and only consignment experience there was very Disappointing. Consignment Intake separated four hand painted vintage European coasters from their original box with emblem, taped them together and set them on the shelf. And when the time came to retrieve 2 items that did not sell, I was sent on a scavenger hunt in the store to find them myself...(Even though I had a small child with me ) when I did eventually find them, it was no surprise that they did not sell. The beautiful etched glass globe was in a cabinet Where no one would really see it. Four large cobalt blue charger plates were on the bottom shelf behind a chair, and not with other dishes or like items. I will continue to shop there, but I will find another location for my consignments.

Outstanding in every way. I have had 12+ years of wonderful experience with Great Finds. As a seller I affirm their utmost integrity and great care of their sellers. The store is expertly designed into themed "rooms", with items arranged artfully. Customer service is outstanding as well, from the owner who greets you, to the awesome guys who move the furniture around. I am glad that Great Finds is still going strong, and hope that they will do so for many years into the future.

have always loved going in here and have spent alot of money here over the years. went today and bought a chest i wanted. while waiting at the loading dock some old mean woman pounced on me. told me to get out and leave now. i showed her my receipt and she kept screaming at me to go now. last time i was there i saw her being rude to another customer like that. just wondering if they only hire from mental facilities. told her i would get a refund and she said they would keep my money. and i get nothing. very bad customer service here. be careful of this woman. i think she may be dangerous.

As a buyer, I love this shop. As a consignor, go elsewhere! They lose your stuff, misplace your stuff and throw away boxes that should be saved because the items are collectables. The "system" for dropping off items to consign is total chaos. I've consumed at three other shops and will go back to them and their organized way of doing things.

Today around 3pm, this was my first visit after 3+ years of longing to get here. I was in “my own world”. I was so excited and caught up; that I had finally gotten this opportunity to shop so meticulously for accent pieces, that I lost track of time and got separated from my mom & daughter. I was so engrossed, the receptionist had to find me and tell me “we are closing the register at 5.” I just knew I would be back another day for furniture and/or jewelry. However, I am seriously dismayed and heartbroken to learn, once I got back to the car, that my 74 year old mom, could not use your restroom around 4pm, when she asked politely. (Only after paying at 5:10pm, I met my sweet mother and “fabulous, special needs” daughter waiting in the car since 4pm, I was informed about this heartless “incident”.) What I thought was a good afternoon for me/us ended when I got to the car to hear this sad story. If only I had known my mother was denied access to a simple bathroom privilege, to relieve herself, I would have left IMMEDIATELY AFTER she received such a poor reply @ 4pm. Now, we are left with my “final sale receipt”, these trinkets, and a sad, unwanted experience that will live on in our memory banks and in our hearts. Simple, common courtesy denied; no thank you GFD. Please cease with this inhumane policy towards your current and future customers.

This shop is, itself, a great find! I was able to purchase a wonderful framed Matisse for our medical practice. The staff were very helpful, and the choices are plentiful. Displays artfully done.

I was downsizing and tried selling a few items through Craigslist. However, when moving day was fast approaching and I had no nibbles, I reached out to Great Finds & Design via their website. They quickly got back to me and agreed to take several items on consignment. Over the following 6 months (surprise!) I would find a check in the mail. In fact, by the end of the 6-month consignment term they'd sold ALL of my items! I made a pretty penny, much more than I would had I kept trying the online route.If you have quality items you are considering selling, I urge you to give them a shot. I'm beyond happy and can't thank them enough. I think you'll be happy too.J. Matthews

To my dismay it saddens me that I have to write this review. This venue has been my go to spot for everything housewares as they carry quality luxury consignment and new items. I found this beautiful bench item #43049-47 online last night 11/1/22 listed for 39.95 and thought wow how cute and I can recover it and it will be perfect in my kitchen at my banquette. I traveled to the store in such excitement as I always am to go there and shop and the price was changed. Liz in the store clerk chalked it up to a computer system glitch and since its consignment they have to honor the contract meanwhile screw me the customer who has referred hundreds of satisfied customers and have spent quite a few dollars thee furnishing my home. With my continued patronage I strongly feel I should have received the advertised price. This store does quite well in sales even given the height of the pandemic always crowded wit faithful shoppers like me. With the volume of happy customers and my past purchases I was appalled that this was not honored a meager 24.00 that would have to be paid to the consigner by the store was not worth the sale and to keep a happy customer coming back.

If you are looking for furniture and household items, this is a great place to find something unique. Their showroom is set up beautifully. I love going there to find something nice for the house and sometimes just to look around for decorating ideas. The staff is very nice and helpful.
