I attended a listening party that was TRULY a listening party! I enjoyed the presentations from Sony, Stewart Screens, and Naim & Focal. I left there with so much knowledge and desires… especially for the Sonus Faber and Focal products. BTW, the valet parking was quite the treat. Well done Gramophone!

I am impressed! We have been a customers of Gramophone for many years. Purchased many TV and equipments over the years.Recently we had and issue with TV stand that we purchased from them few years ago. They were very prompt to resolve this situation. Manager was very kind and understanding. We will continue to be a customers for future purchases. I highly recommend!

We have had a great experience with Gramophone in Timonium. Their audio advice is absolutely outstanding! They installed our big screen TV and Mark R. worked with us to choose excellent speaker replacements. In addition, he has continued to service every problem we have had - to include problems not caused by any of their equipment! From the first contact with Mark R. and Warren H. we were confident that we came to the right place. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to troubleshoot from their main office and provide instructions to resolve the home theatre issues we encountered. They are top notch!!!!! Mark R. has been very patient with us and kept working on our problems until everything was resolved. Warren H. stayed beyond store closing time on a holiday weekend to assist me. We have used them for the past 4 years and will continue to use them exclusively in the future. Thanks so much Gramophone for your continued excellent service!!!!!

It's been about four months since the install of my equipment. I'm leaving my first review here on the equipment in my office. I have a pair of Sonus Faber bookshelf, speakers, along with a Sonos amp, and an LG gallery 65 inch television along with a Sonos mini sub. I must say I am absolutely blown away by the quality of all of this gear. The picture is phenomenal even in brighdaylight's. The glare is dramatically reduced from other products I've seen in the marketplace. All that being said, the product is only half of what goes into this review, I can scream with absolute joy, and tell you that I was blown away by the workmanship quality and Communication provided by the team at Gramophone. They did an awesome job with both the installation and the follow up. Putting money out for projects like this aren't exactly cheap, but it was worth every single penny. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for indoor or outdoor upgrades to their multimedia experiences. I'll be posting another review soon with information on our family room, followed by our rack and outdoor equipment that provides entertainment at our pool and patio. Stay tuned!

Was wanting some information on the optimal turntable set up o upon looking on YouTube came across Gramophone. Great and informative videos on amps etc. Called up the store because was confused between two models. Spoke with Warren and he was honest, patient and guided me in terms of understanding what might work best for me. Took the time to understand my goals, set up and what will work best. And I am not even in the same state. Bummed as this seems like a small business I'd like to support. Good energy all around!
