Absolutely terrible experience here. Will never go back. It looks like they are short-staffed, but the service was ridiculous. They had my prescription for about 10 hours, and it wasn't filled. Took them about 30 minutes to fill two of the three after I got there (Iwas new, so Itried to give them a pass on this one). The third prescription, they needed to order. They told me it would be in by 5pm the next day. It wasn't. At that point, they told me someone was supposed to call me to tell me I came in too late the day before to order the medication in time. Then, they told me they were actually able to get some anyway and had it on-hand, but my doctor's office messed up the prescription. Then, they told me they called my doctor's office earlier that day, but that they had not been able to get a hold of them to receive a corrected prescription. I called my doctor's office the next day (today) after they opened. They immediately answered, told me the pharmacy had not called, and told me the original script was completed correctly. They tried to call the pharmacy, but the pharmacy never answered. They resent the script. Seven hours later, I went to pick it up, and shockingly, it was not filled. Overall, they wasted over an hour of my life and appeared to have lied to me about the situation and blamed my doctor's office for their mistakes. Don't know what really happened, but their story changed often and was inconsistent with my experience with my doctor's office and with what my doctor's office told me.

Do not buy or eat the ready made Bristol salads… bacon and chicken salad.. I found hard black claw looking thing in my salad.. eat at your own risk… my stomach aches.. it did not belongg in any food… littoral claw shaped..,I’m feeling sick as I type this

I am writing this review in regards to the curbside pickup service. Every single time the food quality is great. The service is excellent, the staff communicate so well when substitutions are needed. Overall, I feel relaxed when I do this service at this peaceful Giant.

This is the worse pharmacy in MD. Stay away. They never have the prescriptions you need then they lie constantly about when they are coming in and you do nothing but waste your time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from the pharmacy staff. They act as if your not there, rude and un inviting demeanor. I would never shop there!

This is a redemption story worth five big Yelp stars here. Last month I went to Giant in Timonium to find it pretty bare and sad. Today, due to a Covid outbreak in my house, I ordered online for a grocery pickup by my helpful sister. The online ordering was very easy (and strangely satisfying). They gave me a pick up time between 12-1 PM. I couldn't really figure out the app notification of when they would be ready to pick up, but my sister went during the quoted time and said it was easy. The groceries were bagged in tidy paper bags with handles. They were organized and had the receipt enclosed. Everything I ordered was exactly right as ordered online. What a relief! Five stars for easy and convenient online ordering, an easy pick up for my sister, and a nice and organized bagging of the groceries.

Absolutely awful. They are rude as can be, the older lady that works the counter once loudly announced in a condescending way the number of medications I had in front of a line of 30+ people. When they need prior authorization they don’t contact the doctor, they wait for you to come in to rerun it. They never call when scripts are ready or if they have problems.It is absolutely clear this pharmacy does not care about its patients

I tried to get the COVID vaccine here. I simply wanted to ask one question about whether I would be making the appointment for later or for how to get the vaccine. I was screamed at, presumably for speaking English which didn't fit with their racist assumptions about me. Simply rude horrible experience! I was told I don't speak English (only language I speak) and I don't deserve to ask questions about a substance going into my body , that is being mandated by the state. I called later to complain, they told me the pharm tech in question had been fired. So I am right. Just called again today to speak with the supervisor and she seemed reasonable to the awful treatment I had, hope they will learn their lesson.

Stopped in here while in the area just because I needed to use a PNC ATM and they have one. The store was surprisingly neat, clean and well-organized.

They never have my prescription ready. When I call to check, they never answer the phone. Staff is very very rude. Just horrible place to get your medicine.
