Great service at Lutherville Firestone location. Great price on a tire; almost $90 less than what the dealership was going to charge. John, the service manager was tremendous!

There was a long wait time because they were short staffed. Even though they had so many customers today, Derrick was so positive and very nice. He was very helpful! I would come back to this location again just because of the customer service.
