Karen is the worse customer service employee there. Very unresponsive, will make excuses not to help you. If you need help competent help, you best bet it to come into the store and deal with the assitant manager Rob. He is the only competent employee that works there and shows some type of expertise.

Pleasantly surprised with our experience at this FedEx Office location yesterday. We had a last minute printing project for a party that they quickly accommodated and had ready for us within a couple hours of ordering online. Upon arrival staff were friendly and helpful and I was in and out quickly. The poster and postcards were perfect and added a professional element to our event. Great customer service all around.

I came in on a Saturday in dire need to print program booklets for my nephew's funeral. Rob assisted me. He was very helpful and compassionate given the situation. He made some suggestions and offered some help to work with my budget. There were a few mishaps while he was off and another employee dropped the ball but after a few phone calls it was resolved. They are a bit more expensive than competitors but Rob's customer service made up for it.

I have never given a business a 1 star review but fresh off of an experience in which the manager at this location opted to hide behind policy rather than accept ownership for a lapse in judgement, here you have it.

After years of going here, historically,
the place is almost always great. The majority of the staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help. The problem is if you are working with the wrong staff member. It doesn’t matter how simple of a print it is, how small it is, how nice and patient you are, a small minority of the staff treats you as if you are bothering them. Basic requests are greeted with frustration, exasperation, and general animosity. You are the problem regardless of the circumstances. Again, most of the staff is great. Just hope and pray you walk in at the right time.

I went to this store on Sunday, at noon, like the sign states for hours of operation, to ship a package with FEDEX. Me, as well as four others were standing outside waiting for the store to open, well after noon. When someone finally showed up, I asked if our clock was different than theirs. The guy opening the store stated that there was an emergency. That's all he had to say. Instead, he told me "to keep my smart comments to myself". Really? Is that customer service? I run my own retail business as well and I wouldn't think of opening late, but if I did have an "emergency" that's is all I would've said, and I would have been apologetic. Most people understand "emergencies", but to tell me to keep my "smart comments to myself" is completely out of the realm of good customer service. By the looks of things, and other reviews, this store is being run off a cliff. Good Luck!!!

Don't go here if you are hoping for actual help with copies.I legit had a sleeping baby on my shoulder, and went to the desk and said I needed to make copies.The man working the front desk pointed to the copy machines and said there are machines over there ready to use.I had to go to three machines to find one that had paper or would read my card?I finally got it and the copies kept coming out crooked. Then I ended up realizing I could copy two pages at once.I spent $8.05 on something that should have been a little over a dollar...if someone had the courtesy of just asking if I knew how to use the machine or needed help.Instead they stood behind the desks and watched as my sleeping baby woke up and kept trying to run out the door over and over.I am usually pretty understanding and I believe everyone should give everyone the benefit of the doubt, so I assume all 5 employees that I saw thought I just knew what I was doing.But I really wish someone would have asked. Because 8.05 doesn't seem like a lot. But it is for me.

I’ve used this location for both personal and business. Great staff and quick service too. I’ve used the Timonium location when I was in school going for my grad degree and they were very attentive. Kudos!

They won't answer the phone and the web store hours are wrong and I wasted a trip there. Make it easier for the public to reach you please.

I have been to this location twice where Robert has gone out of his way to help me. Conversely, the other employees there deliberately avoid eye contact or rush to the back of the store to avoid offering assistance. I'd actually give this store one star; however, Robert is so helpful and seems to be the only one in doing his job.

Before Christmas I went with a package I had chosen a FedEx return, thinking that would be the easiest option.The first woman who assisted me was wonderful but said she was a trainee and needed to ask her coworker a question. From there it went downhill. I was told I needed a separate box and would have to buy one , then told I needed extra packing because there was too much room in the box for the item, and tried t sell me some. I tried with a box I had and packing I found, but that wasn't good enough. They got ruder and ruder until the manager came up and was the rudest one of all. I will never go back there!!!I hope the trainee stays as nice as she is and doesn't get like her trainers.
