One of the worse places I brought a car from . Lack in communication had my car for 5 months still haven’t received the tags . My heated seats didn’t work they were post to fix it call every two weeks and no response back . Please go somewhere else

Great customer service and vehicle selection. However, I bought my vehicle about a year ago and immediately after my steering wheel started shaking. I contacted the salesman to see if I could return the vehicle but it was past the date of return. I was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle after getting it serviced at the Mazda dealership up the street from enterprise sales. Less than a year after purchase at enterprise I need new breaks and rotors because my breaks were put in incorrectly. The outer and inner breaks were opposite. I thought I had a gaunter that everything was fine when I bought the vehicle. A mechanic at a non Mazda dealership pointed it out to me at eyes view. I suggest taking someone without to inspect the car before you buy. Someone like me would not have known to look to see if the breaks were on correctly.

I brought a car from these plp in March 2014 and 4 months later my radiator is leaking coolant. I call them and ask them why would they sell me this car when clearly it had a radiator problems. I really hope these plp can sleep at night ripping people off. The basic warranty they provide doesn’t cover the radiator. It’s no way this car went through an inspection before selling it . I shouldn’t be having a radiator problem in 4 months. The vw guy at the repair shop said it’s no signs of puncturing or anything like that, that tells me it was just a bad problem from the beginning. So its $1500 to replace the radiator (2022 VW passet ) that i have to find because i don’t have it for a new car i just bought. i would not recommend no one to purchase any type of car or truck from these people. They will sell your grandma anything to get a commission check.

I had a pleasant experience buying my jeep at Enterprise in Timonium. There was a gentleman named Jaylen who helped me roam the lot and find what I was looking for.
