So frustrated! I call at 6 to ask if they have a phone in stock. Show up at 6:15 to a locked door. They close at 7. Get back to my vehicle and see someone come out of the back room. I go back and knock on the door and no one comes out. Awful customer service!

Me and my Mom went to cricket to get a new phone. Her phone was very out dated. The rep at the store was tremendous. He greeted us as soon as we came in. Was knowledgeable and helpful with us picking out the right phone for her.

Nicholas is AWESOME! My Fiance was a victim of a sim-card scam. The person swapped cards and disabled the phone so he couldn't use it. He couldn't find a cricket store that could help him in his area so we we went to Timonium, an hour away from home. Nicholas listened to his complaint, literally walked him through the process of correcting the problem, and was a blessing. He gave him a wealth of information on how to prevent future scams and was very knowledgeable of not only the phone itself, but the features. Nicholas was God sent. The store was clean, and the music very relaxing. He is definitely an asset to Cricket. It would be nice to have more people like him who actually cared about the customer first. So I come down here on my lunch break at 4:30 pm and see this sign on door waited till almost 6pm and no one came to remove it and unlock the door,btw this is the third time this has happened and the worse part is they close at 7pm why do they need to take a break with less then two hours left? And honestly take a break at all there whole shift is basically a break.what do they get like one customer every few hours at best.

This store is supposed to open at 10am after waiting an additional 10 minutes for them to open and no employees at all showing up to the store I left
