I was so impressed with Omar Ullah from the Fulton Bank, Timonium office! His costumer service and professionalism were exceptional and he provided me with piece of mind through what could've been an incredibly stressful situation. He kept me updated on the situation and was extremely knowledgable and efficient. I truly can't give enough positive praise for his help!

Unprofessional staff reported my card lost when went in to withdraw money after withdrawing another teller told to re deposit money because my account is new. my account is now locked on a Saturday and the customer service has no clue why and told me I have to wait until Monday. I will be closing this account first thing Monday when they open and requesting full funds!!! Also reported to consumer service. There is no one able to help me on weekend even in the call center is closed this is not how a bank should operate and never had this issue with Bank of America I will be returning to them Fulton bank is a complete joke and it's against the law to hold federal funded money.

We had the worst experience dealing with a mortgage loan from them. Our builder considers Fulton Bank a preferred lender and the whole process was a complete joke. Steer clear of Brooks Grasso, he is awful to work with. The numbers he sent over never made sense and we could never get explanations from him on them. The information listed was constantly wrong and he said he would update the forms and never did. We went to settlement and to no one's surprise, the amount we brought with us was wrong. Of course when we called Brooks he blamed it on a new person on his team. We thought we had to use Fulton because we would get a credit through our builder but it turns out they had several preferred lenders. It was too late when we found out and now we are stuck with a bank that has poor customer service (you can never get anyone to answer the phone) and limited online banking options.I noticed someone posted below years ago to avoid Brooks Grasso at all costs. If only I had seen that review before we dealt with him.

Worst service I've ever experienced at a bank. Tried a mobile deposit multiple times unsuccessfully and called support. They told me I needed to deposit my check in-person at one of their banks. When I got there they refused to take my check because my wife and my name were on the check but only my name was on the account. I reminded the teller that we had just deposited wedding checks a few months ago with BOTH of our names on them. Nope, I was told to go to another bank to cash the check and then come back to deposit the money. Since Fulton Bank clearly doesn't want my money I will be closing all my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. Thanks Fulton!

Stay away from this bank for any product especially mortgages. We used brooks grasso for our mortgage. It was the worst experience of my life. He stole money from us in the form made up fees that we later found were totally bogus. He will rob, lie and steal to make money for him self
