I had a great experience at the new timonium location. I was referred here for inserts by my podiatrist. The gentleman that helped me asked me which podiatrist I saw and knew exactly which specific inserts my doctor usually recommends. The new location is beautiful and thoughtfully designed.

I purchased two pair of shoes for my sister and I. Sarai was very knowledgeable about each brand available that were similar to my old Revels. I decided on another pair of Brooks.
My sister recently started running and Sarai presented more than 3 shoes for her to try. She even went as far as teaching a different lacing style to ensure comfortability.
We went for a 30 minute run straight from the store and the support by the employees was heart warming. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Charm City Run!! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Natalie, who assisted me, was fantastic!! She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect pair of running shoes?? Her expertise and attention to detail set me up for a great run. I highly recommend Charm City Run for anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service!

They are really helpful, wish the shoes weren't so expensive, but I get it; they make good shoes for the best performance there is.

I'm just getting back into running and decided I needed a new pair of shoes. Even though they were incredibly busy I had an employee helping me choose a pair of running shoes within minutes of walking in the store. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel like my feet were in good hands. Within minutes they had six different pairs of shoes for me to test out in store to make sure I found the right pair for me.
10/10 would recommend.

I went in for a new pair of running shoes and the team’s knowledge around running gear and their genuine kindness made for such a great time. Needless to say, I couldn’t help but buy a few lovely extras while there. Huge thanks to the team for making me feel extra special! I will absolutely be back (and hopefully will join in for a training run in the future)!

Great knowledgeable staff, great selection of shoes along with getting a great fitment.My shoe store of choice in the Baltimore area. I do a lot walking with heavy carts and these sold here hold up for at least a year at a time with daily wear.
