The lady wouldn't come out of her box and pump my gas for me. I'm from New Jersey so I don't know how to pump gas, others do it for me. Her instructions were hard to understand cause she doesn't speak English. They don't even sell anything else, utterly useless place and people

I experienced the picture perfect example of a negative customer service example. If there were need, perhaps a script for a commercial, it was provided to me on a platter. I needed to get gas, and typically in certain areas it is offered at 2 prices (one cash, one credit-typically about 7 cents higher), I approached the window to n pay in cash. Two, young women were inside, I waited for my turn but they seemed to ignore me. One was counting money(filming on her phone) while the other was listening to her music. I knocked on the window, thinking perhaps she doesn't see me only to discover I was being ignored. Instead of waiting or attempting to get gas, o drove a few blocks down to The ExxonMobil for a more welcoming experience for a penny more.
