I am not very confident when making selections for decorating, I really second guess myself all the time. I wanted to purchase fabric to update my dinning chairs. So very thankful for the expert and patient assistance of designer, Lynae Henderson. She took time to guide me in my selection and made me step out of my comfort zone by selecting a color that would never have been in my thought process. My story is like many other disgruntled customers. I paid $260 for hunter douglas measurements. They will return the money with the purchase of a HD product. Calico Came through our new place, measured , and then provided an estimate. The estimate took over a month to obtain and with it came apologies from our contact person saying how busy they were- "sorry for the delay". Didn't hear anything more when we questioned the estimate as numerous items we ordered and colors were longer available. Materials were also not in the width that they needed. Not our fault they didn't know their product they were selling. I wasted my time going into the store again to determine what was going on with our estimate as our contact person never returned our phone call. I spoke with 2 different sales persons , one being the manager who didn't know anything about our estimate even though she signed it and plugged in random fabrics not of our choosing just to give us an estimate. She referred me back to my original salesperson. It's now been 6 weeks and no response from our salesperson who was " on vacation" when her manager plugged in the random fabrics. She was supposed to get back to me- hasn't after 6 weeks. Don't know what is going on. Don't care. Very poor customer service and organization will never get my business EVER. I want a refund of my measurement money. It's now been 5 months of them holding my money- no product and no coverings on my windows. I'm purchasing elsewhere. I'll be contacting the BBB as well.

I love the expertise of the staff. I am excited about my fabric and trim purchases and how they we spruce up my space. I shopped for fabric and trims for pillows for my new couch.

I spent thousands of dollars for Hunter Douglas Shades and the string mechanism broke - I have only had them 2 years and used the pully maybe 5 times. They do not return any calls - I have tried 3 times. There are plenty of nice fabric shops and upholstery shops less than 1 mile away. Use them instead. The customer service here is substandard.

So I am very understanding with the reality of the current pandemic. However, I made an appointment to shop in the store for upholstery fabric. I arrived on time, wore a mask, and used sanitizer. When I entered, I was asked not to touch anything, social distance, and I was met with complete disregard. I didn’t think anything of it until everyone around me me was met with a welcome, could freely shop and touch, and free to make purchases. Unsure why my experience and assigned associate treated me so differently!!!!

Had a great experience matching slip covers for my couch. From selecting the fabrics, coming out and sizing them up to finally installing them, everything was done very professionally. Barry did a great job on the slipcovers!
