Not good
This bowling alley is unprofessional and rude. The manager Justin Goldberg is rude and should not be a manager at anyone est. They towed my car and I paid to park on the lot. The manager on duty Justin called and got two cards towed. I am still waiting on them to reimburse me my money through cash app. My integrity was question by the GM as well.

I hate it here, they’ll do whatever they can to squeeze some more money out of you, if there were any other options for bowling around i would never come here

Paid for 1 1/2 hours of bowling.. our lane broke after ~30mins. We reported it was broken, and waited for it to be repaired, but never heard anything. After an additional 30 minutes, we told the front desk the lane still wasn’t fixed. We were then moved to lane 2, but were not compensated for the downtime. Our bowling time still ended at the originally scheduled time although we missed out on a third of our time due to no fault of our own.

Just had a great experience at Bowlero in Timonium. I had first checked out the one in Pikesville which is definitely sub-par and apparently no longer affiliated. Justin, the manager at the Timonium store, was very accommodating to my event and guests. The place was very clean, the arcade was well kept, the food was decent and there is a full bar. Great place for a low stress event or just family night.

Always a great Experience! The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Definitely my go to spot with my friends for a good time. Justin is always on point with any concern you may have!

I wish I could say zero stars. Misleading service. I will not go back and when I reached out for support Alison said "it's under the FAQs" and it is not. I booked 2 lanes for reservation as we had 8 people. I decided to go forward even though there was a $32 reservation fee. When we arrived there were plenty of lanes open. They told us we got a discount on food because I had reserved the lanes, but kept labeling it "event." I did not book an event, just lane reservations. They then charged us for the food at the end which was ridiculous. My final bill reflected a $60 reservation feed (double what I had originally thought when reserving the lanes). When I called the 800 number to get clarification Alison said that the reservation fee changes based on how much money was spent, a 20% charge-"administration fee like a hotel." When I asked where this was in writing she said under FAQs. It does NOT say 20% it just says reservation fee and is very vague. This is ridiculous and very misleading. The whole situation was misleading at the bowling alley, having us order food a certain way, etc. I will not go back and hope you all don't ever "reserve a lane." What a rip off!

Great bowling alley with a nice game room for the kids. My kids enjoyed visiting this Bowlero location. Security is tight and no safety concerns during my visit. Food was hot although it took longer than expected for our food to arrive. I would still visit again, maybe it was a busy night. I definitely recommend visiting this location for good music, arcade games and bowling!
Ps. If you have any old AMF/Bowlero arcade cards to reload please bring them to avoid a $2 new card fee (this just started recently).

I went with my family for my birthday. It was very fun and lovely, the staff were very nice and the games were fun. I just wouldn't recommend the pepperoni pizza, aside from that it was the best time ever. ( I only went to the arcade)

I wanna take the time to give a shout out to Justin at Bowlero Timonium who was very friendly ,Knowledgeable and one of a kind .I called the Timonium location for questions on a upcoming family night with my family from Justin .From the beginning to the end of the conversation Justin made me feel comfortable with making my decision to come to the location .I
