I had the pleasure of working with the Timonium team today . The whole team was on their A game ! Lots of people starting pouring in and this team worked their magic as they made each client feel important and valued. Ms.Chamar Smith assisted me personally and she a spectacular job ! The customer service here is above and beyond. Thanks guys for being so professional every time I come in . Great leadership!

The staff at this location was extremely welcoming and professional. I came to open a new business account and get a notary complete. Even though they were busy they honored my 1pm appointment and I was out in less then 10 minutes. Special thanks to Reggie & Chamar!

The reviews are true - this financial center needs an intervention - whoever manages this location should consider leaving the industry completely. The staff is friendly but lack any sort of attention to detail or professionalism.I had an appointment for a wire and notary - after completing the wire, the representative walked over to the next desk to ask the woman (who apparently is the notary) to complete the transaction. The woman said, "I am not doing anything else today, I get off in 10 minutes" and she did not. We went across the street to the UPS store to get the notary.I had an appointment today and the same woman came out and said, "I'm here but I'm not here, someone will be right with you" Needless to say, after standing there for 15 minutes, I left without seeing the representative.This location is run like a hotdog stand staffed by high school kids. It is not uncommon to see the staff huddled behind the glass discussing their personal business - while ignoring the clients.Brian Thomas Moynihan should be ashamed of the state of this center.

Was told I had to make an appointment to open a new account. I came in 10 minutes early for my 1pm appointment. It's now 130. I've been sitting here alone. They close at 2pm today

Took $2200 and dont know what they did with it never got it again they wont accept rolled coins I will file a lawsuit against them for taking my money

While waiting in a long line for a simple check deposit, I read Yelp reviews about this location that were most unflattering and also hilariously unflattering. Within minutes of my arrival, Sonja (Sondra?) plucked me right out of the line and offered to help me at a free standing station. She had my deposit completed within seconds. And, she was extremely personable, engaging and showed a razzle dazzle smile!

A very good experience with Mr Dajoun Jones He treated me and my other 3 relatives without any problem and with a lot of professionalism and respect. My relatives want to thank you for helping them and being patient with them since they did not speak English.

I understand that no bank has lots of tellers like years ago… but in that case make sure your branch atm works properly. I used to use the atm for cash deposits all the time. Unfortunately this branch atm hasn’t been working properly for some time. I had trouble with it accepting my cash. I waited weeks and tried again thinking it would have been fixed but nope! It wasn’t. So I decided to pop in to do in person deposit. There was 1 teller who was handling the window and the gentleman before me was a business customer which of course takes longer. I couldn’t wait!Please fix your atm or add a dedicated business window so regular customers don’t have to wait.

What has happened to Bank of America?? Tried to do a mobile deposit on Nov. 1 and could not complete the transaction with a message: you have exceeded your monthly allowed deposits, try again next month. (This was on the FIRST OF THE MONTH!) Tried again the following day only to receive the same message. Went to the bank to deposit AND drive thru no longer available. Went inside the bank to find one teller and a long line. It took over 30 minutes (not to mention drive time) to deposit the check the I should have been able to make a mobile deposit. I asked the teller why I was not able to deposit the check thru the mobile app. She said "did you call customer service?" What a joke!! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BANK OF AMERICA ANYMORE!! Swiftly moving accounts to another bank.
