We had a particularly bad experience here. Came in looking to activate a device and add it to a family plan. I was greated by an employee, who didn't even bother to get up from the chair, "We're all out of phones!". I knew from this point forward that I should not expect much. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to endure this customer disservice, because ATT won't simply send me a SIM to install into my device. ATT insists that I must visit a store for this, I assume to keep their people employed and justify the cost of a retail store. The young lady that actually assisted us wasn't rude, but she certainlty wasn't polite either. She gave me the impression that it was an imposition to have to assist a customer, and she had no desire to explain anything to me or answer any of my questions. I guess the employees don't work on comission...? I have no other explanation as to why they would be so averse to working with customers. Bottom line, I wouldn't go out of your way to visit this particular location unless, like me, you have limited options and cannot perform your transaction with ATT over the phone.

My wife and I had a great experience at this store. We stopped in to ask about options for upgrading our phones and we ended up with a great deal on new phones. The staff was very helpful, attentive, patient, friendly and personable.

My daughter and I visited ATT store at 1803 York Rd we were pleasantly greated by Jonathan who help us with our cellphone purchases and setup. We explained what cellphone we would like to purchases They had my cellphone in stock but didn't have my daughter in stock this is were Shannon step in he said he could call another store to see if they had one in stock.He found a store that had one in stock and what was so amazing he offered to go get the phone from the other store with no hesitation. Thats what l call above and beyond excellent customer service. My daughter and I was very pleased with our cellphone purchases.Thanks again for the great experience Jonathan and Shannon!!

Kevin was awesome but can't fix the stupidity of customer service. They will NOT stock the 512g version of z fold 5 and will NOT ship phone to the store.Ordered a phone previously shipped to house and an empty box arrived. Then they wanted 10 business days to refund the prepaid tax, then wanted me to pay a second time to ship the replacement.

My iPhone 12 Pro had broken and would cost $500+ to repair. It wasn't even paid for (bal $249), so I wasn't happy about paying that to upgrade. Fortunately, Johnathan at the AT&T store was able to explain the difference between 14 and 14 Pro, assuring me that I'd be fine with the 14, saving me money! The purchase process was quick and he explained how to retrieve my Apple ID backup information. I wasn’t able to transfer from my broken phone. The store WiFi was out, but his directions worked perfectly at home. I’d definitely work with him again!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager in particular was awful to deal with and lied to both me and the customer care representative I had on the phone. Id highly recommend choosing a different store.

I received Excellent service from this location. I upraded from a 12 pro to a 15 pro max within a matter of a few minutes. I left satisfied with the service I received and was assisted by Troya.

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with hostility and condescension. Very poor service. It is a shame what this AT&T store has come to.

We’ve come here to switch service from Xfinity to AT&T and about 6 months later we were back to upgrade phones and add a line. The staff is always helpful and mostly knowledgeable. Only once did I have to call customer service and sort my bill after switching the location to switch service. Otherwise, our needs are always met and we get our business taken care of. Phones are always in stock too.

Aug. 10, 2013 Jonathan went above & beyond to ensure I left with everything I needed. This is the best store I've been to in the metro area. Well-worth the drive!
