It feels like give them 0 star, horrible service, they’re sitting behind the phone to butcher people with their stupid contracts and ripping peoples hard working money, terrible try to reach out to customer service several times, all my neighbors got rid of them, because of their money sucking strategy. To all the hardworking people stay away from Waste Management get republic or some local trash services.

Overall customer service with waste management is great. The billing department is just slightly inconvenient. The way they leave the trash cans after they're done is very clean.

This is the fourth week that my trash has not been collected. I’ve called and talked to several customer service representatives who have instructed me to leave my trash outside because they will have someone come to get it. I’m tired of having to pick up trash because animals have gotten into it or because it’s rained heavily. It’s an eyesore having all this trash sitting here week after week. I’m am beyond frustrated with WM and I’m looking into other options.Service: Trash removal & disposal

I signed up for the service over a month ago, and when they delivered the trashcan/recycle bin, the trashcan had a broken leg which leaked water in it all over the weekend. I had to call to get the trashcan replace. The trashcan has been replaced. Two weeks ago and trash hasn’t been picked up yet. I have a full trashcan for the trash that I have to put center blocks on to prevent animals from going inside of it. The trash, man and recycle man both informed me that they don’t usually drive into the back of the neighborhood because people who pay for the service don’t necessarily utilize it and they don’t feel like wasting their time.Services: Yard debris removal

Apparently, it takes a WEEK to get a trash bin delivered after the driver just randomly took mine on pick-up day. I was told I would have a new container within two days, now I find out I'm scheduled to get a new one a) AFTER the next pickup date and b) a week after I called about my container being removed. I was told to just, "put my trash bags on the street and they'll pick them up." When I asked, "So, if animals get into my trash overnight, because my pickup is early in the morning, is WM going to clean up the mess?" Of course, the answer is no. I also received no good reason why I was told on Friday I would have a container on Monday, but now on Tuesday, I'll be getting it on Thursday.
