I went in to purchase a new lightning cable for my new IPhone 16 and a new protective case! I’m the worst with dropping my phone so I needed something that would actually be durable. Laney was such a great help, super personable and had tons of knowledge about the different brands and their products. Customer service always makes the world of a difference and Laney made sure I was satisfied. 10/10 would recommend always choosing this Verizon store!!

The BEST Verizon experience I've ever had. Chris was awesome, cordial, and knew his stuff. He explained my new phone, plan, and tablet and transferred everything from old Note to my S24+ with ease. I highly recommend Chris and his coworker for all your Verizon needs!
