I just received my credit card from my bank and why in the heck is there a tear at the corner in the width of a finger? All other letters in my mailbox were not torn! I have been here for three years and this is not how to deliver mail! Horrible! You can’t trust the people here who deliver your mail to do their job with honesty!

This post office never puts mail in the correct box. They are terrible. Then it’s a 1-3 business day response time to try to find something you have already paid for.

My issue is not with packages but with my regular mail. Two years ago I had to go through a lot of trouble to replace a 1099 that I am sure was originally sent to me at my correct address. That same year I had to go and pay for a duplicate sticker for my tags because I never received it after ordering online. They also had my correct address.I have recently been getting quite a bit of mail that belongs to my neighbors. Why isn’t there a process in place so that the mail is sorted correctly and put into the correct box? This is my private mail, and care should be taken to ensure everyone’s mail is delivered to the correct mailbox.

For the love of god, clearly write the correct unit number on the keys when we get packages! I don’t have all day to figure out what key goes to what mail unit. It cannot be that difficult to give us keys that have a clear unit number written on it. Sooooo frustrating!

almost got in a head on collision with one of their drivers driving from the passenger seat. How is this legal. The dash is stacked with packages and the driver can't see. They're fumbling with packages, holding the wheel and coming well over the yellow line. Champagne colored Toyota Camry.

I had come here to send a package that held my key to a vehicle my girlfriend needed to use while I am out of town. I sent this package on May 21st. Today is June 2, and I now received my package back to me in my mail. On the letter it says "Return to Sender". As I looked at my package I also saw that the key was missing because the package had been opened. Now, due the absolute incapability to follow directions and actively provide a service that is done every day, across the country, they damaged my package, lost my key, and now my girlfriend has a stranded vehicle, while I now have a vehicle I can not use. I sincerely hope any person using this place as a way to send their items, first knows that I've lost the only way to access my vehicle. Imagine the damage they could do to your items in the future. Do not use a place with the intelligence that even a 1 year can do when they put the square block in the square hole.

Most helpful employees I have ever dealt with at a post office! They all have a positive attitudes, help me by ordering extra supplies for me when I need them and have even called me to make sure I was aware of the increases in postage one time. I hate when I need to go to any other post office because the service isn’t nearly as good as the Lusby location!

Friendly staff. Unfortunely i have a business to run, and when 1/4 of the orders I ship out from this PO arrive broken, with boxes completely flatten or bend in half, with the content in pieces (even with the box FILLED with bubble wrap and packing material), it's incredibly negative to my work and business.
USPS, you're killing small American businesses... :(

I came home today 08/26/21 and found a notification in my mailbox from UPS. The note is saying that the box was unable to be delivered. However someone was home all day could’ve been left at the front door nobody bothered to try. I have a business to run and I get my Equipment for my jobs delivered at home sometimes. It is sad that nobody made the attempt to even deliver it to my house which is not even a minute further past the mailbox. Going further I would appreciate if my packages could be left on my doorstep and brought to my home if they don’t fit in the mailbox. The note that was left has no information on it in regards to timeframe package type. All it says is today’s date address in the box wasToo big to fit. Really, I find this to be unsatisfactory.

Waited 15mins in line get to the front for the worker to say u need to come up ready with labels taped. Seriously you couldn’t tape my label??? the other one in Lexington park always does!! THANKS ALOT lusby
