I absolutely love this store. I've been going here for years, but recently they've been closed all day on normal days of operation. I'm not sure what's going on, but it would be nice to be informed so that I know to go somewhere else. The service is great, but it seems as though they pick and choose what days they're closed, while on the door and on Google it says that they're supposed to be open. I've come by and there has been a note on the door stating that they'll be back in 15 minutes. I've seen complaints about that, but if there's only one person working the store (which there almost always is), they deserve a lunch break. My gripe is only that they're closed all day on a day when they're supposed to be open with no warning at all. A note on the door as a heads up would be nice. Aside from that, I have no complaints. They're knowledgeable and I trust them...just not to be open when I need them to be!

They finally got my pods! The current employee is the only attention I have received towards my and my family members' repeated requests for my pods. The coils for my product/brand are available and pods for at least two additional models are in inventory so I didn't think it was an unreasonable request. I began the request over a year ago but the previous employee and a person higher up (once) never gave attention to my request(s). I was told, 'I'll write it down and see if I can get them', ' I wrote it down but the person who orders takes care of that', ' I'll see what I can do'. I asked him to promise to write it down because he was not making a move toward the notebook where they're to write down requests. Once the current employee was installed at the Lusby store ut was no more than a week that I had two boxes of pods in my possession! Keep this guy. Pay him right. Yall need to promote gaming or some sort of enjoyment to increase foot traffic. I rarely see another customer in the store and haven't a pattern in my visits. I know the cigar place and CBD(?) place is there but you've a couch and chairs and television/monitor and I am supposing some sort of game station(s)? as well as hard wired internet for speed in gaming? Why not have gaming or promotional 'parties' here? Yes people can stop by and then go home to vape and play after work but I know of quite a few bored/lonely gamers and vapers. It is healthy for hermits (no offense as I am a hermit) to get out. Ask customers what would get them out of their house to come there and/or bring friends along if they have any. Have clerks ask that customers write suggestions for a three month period and if there are many similar before the 3 mo. end, go for it! The Lusby shopping center is only busy at night occasionally for atomic seafood. There is space to park. Getting 5 people to do something for an hour or two should not be too hard as this store is small for much more aside from in and out customers. Perhaps extending hours on special nights would draw in people who work all day. Prize could be a 60ml bottle of brands you're trying to sell. Perhaps there are promotional inventory from manufacturers? I dunno, it is my desire to keep this store close to 'the Ranch' and my fear of losing you because of the slow traffic. Needs to be signs high enough to see before the entrances both north and south; co-ad with gas station; weis and/or immeduate neighbors? Anyway stay with us?!? Thank you

This place is going to be run out of business if they don't start selling disposable Vapes every other vape store does but they claim it's it illegal other than that it's a nice place to stop and get little things that you need

This place says open til 9 they are not! They have the worst customer service too! They always put notes on the door be back in 10 & I have waited 30 mins and they still weren’t back! Don’t waste your time!!
