I came in and was greeted immediately as well as serviced, granted it wasn’t too busy but still helped to create that friendly atmosphere. Was having trouble visualizing how short my hair would be post-cut (I asked for some inches off and then wanted layers), but Brook helped me to the best of her abilities and I am not disappointed one bit. It was a smooth process all around (despite my lack of preparedness to get my hair cut since it’s been 2 years haha) and the manager is a really chill woman. Certifications are on the employees’ stations as well so you know this ain’t a joke! Definitely coming here again.

Extremely combative just trying to get a haircut. So weird! I called to see if they were busy and how long the wait would be and the woman on the phone insisted on my first and last name and telephone number. I carefully guard my information from marketers, so I just told her my first name was enough - it has been at many other locations, I never had anyone argue with me. I just simply repeated, I don't give out that information, and she got very aggressive. First, she told me that it was for COVID, to notify me if someone got sick, then it was "it would be like stealing from the company!" I just calmly said that it has never been a problem at any other location that I've visited, then I had to listen to a speech about how many years and how many locations she has worked at. She had become totally unhinged at this point so I calmly thanked her for her time and suggested she remove the stick from up her butt. I know we all have bad days from time to time, but that was something else completely.

I was getting my hair cut and they gave me a DIRTY cape, and the whole time she was just telling me about how I’m destroying my hair with the shampoo I’m using. Very uncomfortable visit.

They took 2 people ahead of me after a 15 minute wait. Said they registered in line. Wrong answer.... an on line customer just cost you 3 from my house alone. Never will go back. Back again yesterday and no one there could do a mullet. Actually had 2 people cutting my hair at 1 time. Both sides are uneven and have to go somewhere else to get it corrected. Never going back!

I originally enjoyed one stylist from here, however my recent experience has reconsider going here in the future for my daughters haircut. They charged me 30 dollars, not including tip, for a simple bang cut on my 3 year old daughter. They didn't even comb her hair before hand. They increased the price on me and I feel taken advantage of.

Never will I make another appt at this place.Constantly cancels appts and then they have people who don't know how to cut hair??!This is not a business. This is a joke.

Terrible customer service and communication! I don't take any pleasure in given reviews negative in nature.The store manager acknowledged the fact that I waited too long, and she tried to help... I simply thanked her and left never to return. At least at other places, I see schedules of stylists, so I may better plan my time. Giving two stars because the manager tried everything to keep me as a client. This issue has repeated itself too many times.

Terrible experience. $30 for a failed attempt at a fade. And when I went back for them to correct it the stylist pretended like it was no big deal. They did attempt to fix it.

The wait time was not bad as I got taken back at the time I was scheduled; however, the only effort that was made at conversation was asking if I wanted a shampoo and asking what I wanted done with my hair. I chose to opt out of the shampoo but did have to have my hair wet for the cut. When finished all I was asked was, “was there anything else you wanted?” Rather than asking if I wanted a blow dry, style, etc. walked out with hair still wet as I was just over the whole experience. When I got home and blow dried my hair I found that I have a choppy cut that doesn’t blend at all. I went to the hair ‘butchery’ one time years back and had a terrible experience then. I had hopes that this time would be better but it was just another disappointment. The only plus was that I only paid $24 for the cut. I won’t visit again.Service: Haircut

Upon entry to the Hair Cuttery in Lusby I was immediately greeted and escorted to a chair (I did make an appointment). My hair stylist Sirena was friendly, she listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. I highly recommend her and the salon.
