Stay away as the other reviews say. Needed a price on a driveway gate. appointment was set up for 9:30-10:30 AM. JOHN BARONY showed up at 7:30 AM looked at the job that I needed done and said he would get back to me that evening. It’s been 2 weeks without a call or email from him Decided not to call or beg to pay someone to do something for me. As the other reviews say that they never got any return phone calls after they came out.
Gene, sorry to hear about John’s father I can only assume someone else is driving his company truck (damaged front fender and bumper) I saw coming out of coster rd.
And the gate isn’t rocket science any manufacturer would have a solution to my needs- like making the out of level gate (taller on one side and shorter on the other side. And welding hinges on a longer post matching hinges to the opposing post

Encompass did a great job with our handyman projects.I told Gene Benton the estimater from Encompass that I saw him twice on beach front bargan hunt. So to be on TV they must be good and they were.5 ? Stars all the way.

Tay and his crew were great to work with when our bathroom was leaking. We ended up having to do a remodel and Encompass paid great attention to detail and were very professional. His team worked overtime to get our bathroom looking great. Thanks Encompass!

Our family made the best decision when we chose Encompass Enterprises to finish our basement! From framing, to drywall, to paint and floors, Encompass did it all beautifully! We worked with Tay. His professionalism and overall knowledge of the job was outstanding!! We 100% recommend this company!

Stay away!!! I had an individual named Tay come to my house and look at two of my bathrooms that needed work. He said that it wouldn’t be a problem and would draft up an estimate the following week. Two weeks later I called and still no estimate. 3 weeks later Tay called me back and said he needed to come back and look over the bathrooms again. I never heard back from him. A month later I spoke to the receptionist who said she would pass along the message that I am trying to get in touch with him. Now it’s going on 2 months plus and still no contact! How in the world do you expect to do business with this kind of customer service??!! I try to keep my money supporting local businesses down here in SOMD but I will spend my money somewhere else I guess. I will also let everyone I know who’s looking for home improvement work to steer clear of this business for sure!!!

Tay and his crew were very responsive when our ceiling was leaking. They found and fixed the problem and restored everything back to the way it was in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional and reliable contractor.

Gene and company were wonderful to work with, both fast and competent. They got everything done for us under ridiculously tight timelines, and were unbelievably kind. I’ve worked with many contractors before and always ended up having to act as if I were my own general contractor—not in this case! Gene managed everything and everyone and did a beautiful job.

We had a great experience working with Encompass on some major work - rebuilding a front porch and back deck, along with some other smaller fixes. We were very pleased with how it all went and the final product. They checked in very regularly and answered questions. More recently, we used their handyman services and they responded immediately and fixed the problem right away. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I had Encompass out to do a home improvement estimate. They were nice and seemed interested. The estimate was due in 2 weeks. That was 3 months ago. After leaving several voicemails and numerous emails they haven’t responded. I understand construction is crazy in COVID but not responding at all is purely unprofessional.
