I had a fantastic experience from the moment I called to make an appointment to a year later when I reached out again selling the property . The work was A grade & the price was fair.Approximately a year after the septic tank cleaning when I went forward selling the property, the inspector brought up Septic tank concerns.At which time the owner of Concepts in Building Septic immediately offered his time to meet with the inspector and review the concerns. Very trustworthy company!! They stand by their work!!

I had the best experience with Joe. He was so knowledgeable and informative, very patient and understanding too. When I called around to other businesses I either had a long wait or they didn’t answer the phone. Well, Joe not only answered but he altered his schedule just to accommodate me with a same day appointment. He showed up in less than two hours and took care of my family’s needs. I know nothing about septic systems but he explained everything patiently, answered my questions and gave me excellent tips that I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. Joe said he head over 30 years experience and it shows!! Service was very affordable too!! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again. I couldn’t help myself. I had to leave a great review. We need more business owners like Joe!!! Thank you!!

I was referred to Concepts in Building by the company I was trying to get install a new septic system under the Bay Area Restoration Fund. They charged me what I later found out to be double the going rate for a perc test. When the health dept inspector said they would need to do more work to determine that my drain fields were in working order, Joe stopped returning my calls. When I finally got him on the phone he stated that his wife was in the hospital and he no longer had time to do my project since he was going to be closing down his business. A year later I see his trucks working at other houses in the area.Service: Septic system installation

These guys were amazing. I called them around 5pm yesterday and they showed up around 11 am today, so they came in less than 24 hours. Talk about customer service. The gentlemen were honest, polite, and even gave us some tips on how to treat our septic better. As first time home owners, we can use all the tips we can get. I would recommend this company over all others hands down. They can even do the digging for you at a great price! So you dont have to spend alot of money renting a bobcat like we did (not knowing how great these guys are of course until after we rented the bobcat). Joe inspected the septic system of the house we are getting ready to purchase. He was very informative and shoots from the hip, telling you exactly what you need to hear. I needed the drain fields inspected because the system has some age on it and it was part of the contingence. Joe was able to get one of his workers out in just a day, even though they were swamped and got those drain fields inspected. Mike who dug to inspect the drain fields work hard and tirelessly to find the drain fields based on a health dept. drawing. Unbeknownst to us the drawing had been inverted and it took some time but Mike was a trooper and did the job he was sent out to do! Thank you to CIB, Inc. for all you did!

Joseph Gonzales/CIB was great. I'm extremely thankful for their customer service and the service they provided. I called and got same day service.
