Was recommended Veronica Kolerjahn from this company by another realtor who did not sell in the area i was looking. If you expect no real customer service and you understand that she is only out to make money, then you'll likely be okay. However, if any issues arise, you'll never hear from her again. We had some issues ethical issues with the lender she referred, as well as a couple of pop-up issues a day or two after closing...She wasn't responsive to any calls after the closing was done...as a matter of fact we've never heard from her since...She even said, I'll be by to drop off a new home "thanks for the business" present...yeah, that never happened either... I'm not saying she was dishonest or unethical, but she was only about the sale and no customer service! When you're making an investment like a house, I'd expect a bit more...This is the 4th home I've bought, so I have some experience.
