This post office has lost so many documents that I would be a wealthy person if I had a nickel for the lost documents! The executor of my moms estate mailed documents for my signature with tracking. They signed but we Never received documents. Had the documents sent by Fed Ex and I was able to sign documents promptly. Was sent a package from CA with tracking. After month, still no gift! Amazon packages Delia by USPS are always lost! Right now, I’m waiting on AMazon customer service replace order. Have had checks mailed here to never get in my hands!Sure plan to file claims so they can develop a pattern of lack of attention to details!

Carrier put 2 do not fold or bend envelopes in my mail box of course bent and folded. Couldn't even get them out of box. The back of the box is bigger than the front, people ! I will pick them up at post office so they can see themselves. What do they think Do NOT FOLD OR BEND Means. Below average help at office.

This is the WORST post office I have ever went to. The new girl there does not know what she is doing and tells customers that they can't do this can't do that all the time, IT'S RIDICULOUS! She is so unprofessional and their attitude stinks they know nothing of customer service! You want to get something done go to Dunkirk or Shady side even Upper Marlboro is better! They need to get rid of these incompetent people and hire good customer service!

Worst PO and worst employees I've ever dealt with. Had to have my mail held indefinitely because carrier kept losing mail and packages. If you dispute the short, older clerk about anything she gets an attitude and talks down to you and the young girl clerk is so ill informed she's worthless. It's as if the postal system sent us all of it's rejects. And this PO has yet to keep a Post Master for more than a couple of years. I asked for a call from the newest one last week (because they lost a package) and have yet to hear from her. Had to call the 800 number and file a complaint. Lothian PO needs a serious overhaul or just needs to be shut down.

Been there 3 times. First time was to ask to have our mail box key replaced since we just bought a house. Second was 2 weeks later and it was never done, my request was just sitting on the desk. Today the lady was on her cell phone and ignored me when I asked about the key. I understand the post service has become lazy lately but disrespect is not needed. I guess they didn't know I work for the DC office and wi be reporting the behavior today so I can get results.

I give 5 stars! The staff really works hard there to make sure your mail is safe and delivered.So all the negative comments on here is not true. I've been dealing with this post office for over 20 years. Give them a break!!!! Especially in a time like this...Anyway be safe and be well EVERYONE!PEACE, LOVE & HAPPINESS...GOD BLESS EVERYONE!!!!

Phone customer service is horrible. The menu takes 5 minutes to get through, does not allow main menu options, and no customer service option is readily available. Once I finally got through after an hour and five minute wait, no one answered amd they hung up. No call back option or anything.

Continually gets worse.... especially since this new post master... he doesn’t know how to follow up.... they gave my old address to a delivery company.... I gave a PO Box number for a reason!! If the company doesn’t deliver up PO Box then Do not Give any physical address out.., is that even legal? He said he would research but FAILED to do so obviously!! I finally after a week and a half I found package .. it was at the old physical address!! Never received the “promised” phone call!! Plus from what I hear , he isn’t there much so that tells ya he isn’t a manager either!!

I entered the lobby on Sunday September 20th and there were 3 people in the LOBBY sorting mail WITHOUT MASKS,when I started complaining a person that claimed to be the postmaster approached me but he would not man up and correct the employees and he would not show his identification. Maybe he was only the custodian.

They throw my packages against my front door with a thud. My packages are beat up. They throw it against my door so when I open my screen door the package bounces back down the steps. Use your common sense. Sit the packages down. I pay for the things I order. I don't want it busted up before I get it
