Consistently delivers mail to the incorrect address. Beyond careless!

Carrier put 2 do not fold or bend envelopes in my mail box of course bent and folded. Couldn't even get them out of box. The back of the box is bigger than the front, people ! I will pick them up at post office so they can see themselves. What do they think Do NOT FOLD OR BEND Means. Below average help at office.

Friendly post office. Always helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this Post Office.
