It pains me to be writing this review because I seldom leave a negative review but here we go. I met Rich at Broccoli Fest (7/27/2024) where he was vending and I was vending as well. I saw a fellow Black Man doing business and I impulsively wanted to support. I had heard of his business before and he had very positive energy so I was obliged. Despite my better judgement, I spent over $400 (including tip) on gold decorative teeth covers. Never in my life have I ever had a desire for this type of adornment but as we like to say, "I did it on the strength". I was told the mold would be ready in "about a week or so" and in order to minimize my buyers remorse, I was willing to wait 2 weeks. I saw an Instagram post where he stated that some of the orders were ready from Broccoli Fest and that customers could expect to receive text messages on Mon or Tues. Tuesday was August 6th. I sent a DM on Aug 6th via Instagram trying to get a status on my order. Since the Instagram page says that they respond to DMs within 24-48 hours, why not? Here we are almost a week later and no reply. I understand how business works and that you have to make priorities. I definitely didn't expect to be the first in line, as I am not a celebrity or social media influencer, so I wasn't bothered by seeing other, more valuable customers, being posted on the Instagram page. Honestly, he could of told me that they ran out of gold in all of Ghana and there would be a two month delay and I would have been totally ok, but no response at all is nasty work. The sad part is that even if I got my grills now, it would feel like pity so I honestly don't care if my order gets fulfilled. I'd rather you keep the money and the grills as a token of my support for your business and a reminder to treat all of your customers with dignity and respect. I am not angry nor disgruntled. I am simply disappointed. Much love and respect and I pray your business continues to thrive. Ase.

i feel bad for leaving this review because he’s nice but no. i got my molds done on 02/04/24 and was told 2 wks.. that brings us to 02/18/24. 02/20/24, i finally got a hold of him & since then i’ve been getting the run around.. i need to be remolded, constant rescheduling, constant me initiating contact asking him the status just to be told later dates than what he provided- just an overall unorganized and unprofessional mess. his lack of communication was insane.
finally on 03/05/24, my date of pick up that’s scheduled for 1230pm, he calls me same day at 9:14am and tells me i need to be remolded (YET AGAIN) so obviously grill isn’t ready. by now, i politely ask for a refund & he abruptly said okay and ended convo.
03/09/24, still haven’t received confirmation that refund has been initiated or anything and ive called numerous times w. no answer. completely unacceptable. i am now out of $486 (molding & grill) w. NO GRILL. just wasted time & money. bottom line, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

BEWARE! I tried to buy some grillz from Rich a couple of years ago around Black Friday and never received them! I traveled to the store at least 3-4 times to pick up my grillz. The first time, the grillz were made but there was a problem with the product, and they had to be remade. The next couple of tries Rich insisted the grillz were ready to be picked up and once I arrived, he didn't have them. I notified Rich I was moving to Arizona in the next couple of weeks and he agreed he would have them ready before I left. The day before I moved, I called multiple times to see if my grillz were ready, to no response. Rich finally called me 2 hours before his store closed and told me my grillz were finished but I honestly didn't even believe him at this point. I asked if he could send a picture and he never responded. I tried staying in touch for over a month afterwards, but he stopped taking my calls! So I couldn't even get them shipped. Again, BEWARE! If you are to do business with Rich.

Was referred to him because I was looking for a grill for a party. Scheduled the appointment which was confirmed. Something came up and we had to reschedule which was also approved; I even received a reminder text the day of. We drove almost an hour only to be told Rich left and nobody knows where he went and that somebody else came in looking for him. We called and no answer. Disappointed.

I believe this guy is a decent guy and was given positive review of his work. However, the timely response and professionalism isn't the best. I asked for a charm (which isn't he's speciality) that he said he could do, but the first proof didn't look right. I gave it a second try but took too long. I asked for a refund and he noted he would. That never happened...If you aren't getting grillz then I'd use someone else.

Did an excellent job grill fits perfectly and I get compliments on it to. One thing though it was supposed to come with a case but he didn't have any, I guess he ran out.
