“The Home Depot in Upper Marlboro is getting better by the day. You can typically find a store associate to assist you with any questions you may have, and service usually comes with a smile. Checking out is easy enough, and there is normally a cashier flagging you down if they are open and you are waiting in another line.Store has really improved.”

“I know that a lot of people post when things go wrong or when something isn't right. Well here's a post extending gratitude to the manager Mathias. I was trying to purchase the moving box kit. I called other stores but they did not have all of the boxes that I needed. I really wanted to just make one big purchase instead of buying boxes from different stores. Onlibe, some places said that all of the boxes were available but when I got to the store they were not. So, instead of driving all around town I started making calls. I called this location 4 different times... I was hung up on, transferred to different departments and finally I asked to speak to a manager. Some may say, that this should've been a sign to just call somewhere else but this was the closest store to me. I finally spoke to Mathias and he explained that the "moving kit" couldn't be found because you had to look up each item separately. So, that's exactly what he did. He checked and made sure there were plenty of every item in the kit. I then placed an online order for curbside pickup. To my surprise, it was Mathias who brought the boxes out. I have a regular sized sedan so it was a tight fit but he made it work. He was patient, persistent and kind. Things may not always start off on a good foot but you never know when just one person can turn it around.”
