Steve is Fantastic, he came out and diagnosed my problem with my riding mower which was a bad Carburetor, he put a new one on and it is running like new, Freestate Mower Repair is the way to go!

Initially I called twice and didn't receive a call back but Steve made it right when he finally received my message. He came out quickly to our place to look at our mower and power washer, made an assessment and told us what was needed for the repair. He is ordering what is needed and told us he would be back to make the repairs when the parts were delivered. I will update my review when the repairs are done. My review is being updated from a lower score to a much higher rating based on Steve's visit. Thank you Steve! We appreciate your quick assessment and look forward to you repairing the equipment.

WORST ANSWERING SERVICE IN THE FREE WORLD - FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF STEVE - TOOK ALMOST 8 HOURS - WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE AT MY HOME EARLY NEXT MORNING - NO SHOW - NO PHONE CALL - HE CALLED AT 6:30PM TO SAY HE WAS RUNNING LATE - HIS SERVICE IS JUST LIKE HIS ANSWERING SERVICE.......TERRIBLE

Steven from freestate mower repair tuned and serviced my rider lawnmower and my snow blower. I was having trouble with my rider cutting off with turns and he analyzed the problem immediately. The price was the lowest that I found for someone to come to your residence and service your equipment. No doubt that I would call him again for my lawn equipment repairs

Found Steve here on Google maps and could not be more happy. He fixed my ride-on mower in less than a week and it now runs like it did brand new. Great job, great price…absolutely recommend him!

Don't waste your time with this outfit. Have called multiple times and used their online service request at least a half dozen times with zero response. They have answering service which has no idea what this Freestate does, from where who knows, who can never seem to connect you with someone in the office. They'll tell you someone will call back but you'll have better chance winning the lottery than getting a call back.

Steve was very knowledgeable about my concerns with my 2yr old snow blower that wouldn't turn on. He did everything he could to get the needed part that day knowing that a winter storm was coming the following day. However no one locally had the part therefore he had to order the part. He kept me abreast on the status of the part and came back as soon as the part came in. Luckily it came in and he installed it right before the next snow storm. I will certainly recommend him to friends and family. Great job Steve.
